How you'll contribute
You'll make an impact by utilizing your specialized plan-of-care intervention and serving as a patient-care innovator. You will shape exceptional patient journeys every day and leverage your skills and our cutting-edge technology to directly impact patient wellbeing.
A Registered Nurse (RN) who excels in this role:
Accurately performs patient assessments and identifies patient needsIdentifies and initiates appropriate nursing interventionsProvides care appropriate to condition and age of the patientPerforms timely and appropriate documentation relating to medical necessity in the medical recordResponsible for completion and revision of the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patientPerforms timely and accurate QI assessmentsStrong interpersonal and communication skills required.Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams.Attention to detail in clinical documentation is essential.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
This role requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
Applicants should have a current state RN license and possess a bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing school. Additional requirements include:Basic Life Support certification is required within 30 days of hire.ACLS and PALS are required within six months of hire.One year of Med Surg or Rehab experience preferredASLS certification preferred
