    Our rehabilitation programs at our Oklahoma City North Hospital provide ongoing care and specialized treatment to patients throughout their recovery journey. We offer customized, intense rehabilitation tailored to the individual needs of those recovering from stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic injury.

    How you'll contribute:

    The Physical Therapist evaluates and treats patients with physical injuries or disabilities to improve movement, reduce pain, and restore functional independence.Conduct physical therapy assessments and develop treatment plans.Provide direct patient care to restore strength, mobility, and function.Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs.Document treatment sessions and patient outcomes accurately.Collaborate with rehab teams and participate in discharge planning.Clinical knowledge and strong patient rapport-building required.Perform other duties as assigned.

    What we're looking for

    Applicants must hold a current PT license and must be eligible to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Oklahoma

    Additional requirements include:

    CPR certification required.

    How you'll contribute:

    An Occupational Therapist who excels in this role:

    - Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
    - Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
    - Demonstrates proficiency in verbal and written communication skills
    - Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively and professionally with individuals at all levels; both internal and external

    What we're looking for

    Applicants should hold a current Occupational Therapist license in the state of Oklahoma and have a bachelor's degree.

    Additional requirements include:

    Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Required (Available Upon Hire)Annual Influenza Vaccination or Declination RequiredMaster's Degree preferred

    The Physical Therapist Assistant provides physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, assisting in restoring function and improving mobility.

    Administer physical therapy interventions as directed by the supervising PT.Assist in patient mobility and exercise routines.Monitor patient responses and report progress to PT.Maintain accurate and timely documentation.Ensure a safe and clean environment for treatment.

    Team-oriented and patient-focused with strong communication skills.

    Perform other duties as assigned.

    What we're looking for

    Applicants must have an associate's degree from a PTA programand must be eligible to practice as a Physical Therapy Assistant in the state of Oklahoma

    Rehab or acute care experience preferred.

    Additional requirements include:

    CPR certification required.

    Communicate patient progress or concerns to the supervising occupational therapist and interdisciplinary team.Instruct patients' families or nursing staff in follow-through programs and home exercises.Assist with patient scheduling and post treatment charges to patient records daily.Document patient care accurately and in accordance with all regulatory, licensing, payer, and accrediting requirements.Maintain treatment equipment and work areas in a clean and safe condition.Ensure compliance with the Company's Code of Business Conduct, Corporate Compliance Agreement, and applicable laws and professional standards.Perform other duties as assigned.
