7+ years of B2B inside sales experience - industrial valves or process control equipment strongly preferred.3+ years leading a team in an industrial or technical environment.Strong technical understanding of industrial valves, process control systems, pressure relief, and P&ID interpretation and the ability to translate complex customer specifications into solutions.A track record negotiating complex commercial terms while balancing margin, risk, and customer need.A bachelor's degree in engineering or business; CRM and dashboard fluency; Spanish a plus.The successful individual will be joining a global business who focus on creating long-term value for customers and employees through a passionate dedication to excellence, driving a sustained competitive advantage in a dynamic global market.
