You’ll help with plant care, clone and veg support, room cleanliness, organization, and weekend checks. You’ll also be responsible for properly locking and unlocking the facility, managing the alarm system, and communicating clearly with leadership about any urgent issues.

Room Turnovers

Quality Standards
Help maintain clean work areas, follow SOPs, protect plant quality, and make sure small details do not get missed.
Inventory & Supplies
Keep nutrients, PPE, harvest supplies, and tools organized. Communicate when supplies are running low or when something needs to be fixed.
Safety & Compliance
Follow all safety, sanitation, PPE, and OLCC compliance expectations.
