Your Impact
As an IIC Therapist, you will bypass the clinical limitations of a sterile office setting and work directly in the environment where real change happens. Your day-to-day will involve:
Providing high-impact, short-term therapeutic interventions to youth and families within their homes and communities.Designing and implementing creative, individualized treatment plans that foster emotional regulation, coping mechanisms, and behavioral growth.Collaborating as a vital team member alongside Care Managers, family support organizations, and the broader treatment team.Maintaining crisp clinical documentation, ensuring progress notes are submitted within 72 hours so that care remains seamless.
