Job Summary and Qualifications Responsible for coordinating all aspects of the delivery, facilitation and improvement of high quality clinical care of the cardiovascular patient. Job Summary and Qualifications
The role of the Registered Nurse in Labor and Delivery is to provide care to the perinatal patient under the direction of the Charge Nurse, the Manager, and the Director of the Family Birthing Center. The Registered Nurse provides direct patient care in accordance with established policies and procedures of Menorah Medical Center and professional organizations and in support of the mission of Menorah Medical Center. Care is provided in a family centered environment. The Labor and Delivery nurse provides care for adolescents (12-17 years), adult women (18-64 years), and newborns. Job Summary and QualificationsThe role of the Registered Nurse is that of a circulating nurse although scrubbing skills are valuable to this position and are utilized in providing patient care. The nurse provides and supervises patient care under the direction of the Nurse Manager/Director in conjunction with the OR team.
