  As a Sheet Metal Superintendent you provide the necessary leadership to ensure that all projects are organized to insure the very best Customer Service, Quality Workmanship, Safety and Timely Productivity.
  
  Responsibilities:
  • Review project requirements with Project Manager
  • Preplan, coordinate schedule and manpower requirements
  • Inspect sites and ensure proper installation procedures are followed
  • Ensure crews follow safe work practices and are fully committed to Byrne Metals safety procedures
  • Provides day-to-day on-site supervision of all field staff including foreman, installers and subcontractors
  • Coordinates with Project Managers and upper level managers and communicates information to field staff
  • Provide information daily to help direct manpower in the most efficient, cost-effective manner
  • Report daily on progress of jobs
  • Responsible for the quality of the installed work and to make sure there are no deviations from the job specifications without approval.
  • Attend all kick off meetings and site meetings related to projects
  
  Job Qualifications/Requirements
  
  5+ years of experience in the Architectural Metals Systems in a supervisory capacity within the Sheet Metal/Roofing/Construction Industry
  
  Local market knowledge preferred
  
  Experience installing and managing installation crews of the following crafts: Composite Metal Panels, Insulated Metal Panels, Single Skin Metal Panels, Perforated Panels
  
  Firm understanding of all aspects of commercial wall and roofing construction, including reading plans and specifications
  
  Bilingual - Spanish (a plus but not required)

  The Accounts Payable Specialist will be responsible for managing the full-cycle accounts payable process.
  
  Supervisory Responsibilities:

  Duties/Responsibilities:
  Acquire and review electronic invoices before forwarding to project managers for approval through A/P management software.Obtain approval and post invoices in accounting software for manually processed invoices.Run A/P reports to monitor upcoming payments as well as paid when paid invoices and communicate priorities to management.Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment.Prepare and upload ACH payments to the bank. Print and obtain signatures on all A/P checks.Request vendor releases and waivers timely as needed.Run payroll reports and prepare garnishment checks.Prepare and submit sales tax reports and payments.Develop and maintain positive working relationships with vendors and project managers.Answer all vendor inquiries timely.Reconcile monthly vendor statements timely. Research and resolve discrepancies.Open new vendor accounts as needed.Post and reconcile credit card transactions in accounting software. Acquire all credit card receipts from card holders weekly.Ensure all proper supporting documentation is electronically attached to invoices in accounting software.Manually post automatic payments in accounting system.Issue purchase orders (PO's) as requested in a timely manner.Must be able to meet deadlines.Evaluate A/P processes for efficiencies and continuous improvement.Document A/P processes.Other related duties as assigned.Required Skills/Abilities:
