    MEMCO is looking for a Warehouse/Forklift Associate in Franklin, NC.


    Full-time

    Long-term

    Schedule: 7am-4pm

    Pay: $16-$18/hr BOE


    MEMCO is seeking a Warehouse/Forklift Associate in Franklin, NC to join our client's team. This role involves working in a warehouse environment handling building materials, loading and unloading trucks, and operating a forklift. This is a hands-on position ideal for someone who enjoys physical work and being part of a team.


    Responsibilities:

    Load and unload trucks safely and efficientlyOperate a forklift and other warehouse equipmentPick, stage, and organize materials for ordersMaintain a clean and safe warehouse environmentFollow all safety guidelines and wear required PPE


    Requirements:

    Forklift experience (certification a plus)Able to lift heavy construction materials and work on your feetReliable and willing to work in a fast-paced environmentWarehouse or construction material experience preferredAble to pass pre-employment drug screeningReliable transportation

    MEMCO Pasadena is urgently Hiring an Entry level Bulk operator, the ideal candidate will be responsible for loading and unloading trucks,unload railcars, must be able to lift at least 50lbs go up and down ladders and stairs. training will be provided.


    Requirements

    -18+ years of age

    -Read and Write English

    -English mandatory, Spanish a plus

    -Handle working outside year round…Especially the heat

    -No previous experience required

    -Lift at least 50 pounds

    -Going up/down ladders and stairs

    -Not afraid of heights

    -Loading/Unloading trucks

    -Unload railcars

    -Gauge and take temp on tanks

    -Pull samples from tanks/railcars

    -Line up piping to transfer material

    -Must have flexibility to work other shifts & OT (No felonies in last 7 years)

    -shift- 4Pm – 12Am;

    -Training will be during the day shift (8a – 4p), then move to second shift.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Perform commercial metal and wood framing according to project plans and specificationsRead, interpret, and work from blueprints, drawings, and construction layoutsMeasure, cut, shape, and assemble framing materials including metal studs, wood beams, and structural componentsInstall framing for walls, floors, ceilings, and partitions in commercial buildingsUse hand and power tools safely and efficiently (saws, drills, nail guns, levels, etc.)Ensure all work meets quality standards, building codes, and project timelinesCollaborate with supervisors, foremen, and other trades on jobsite coordinationMaintain a clean and safe work area at all timesFollow all OSHA and company safety guidelines
