We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented sandblaster/warehouse worker to join our team. In this dual role, you won't be stuck doing one repetitive task. You will be the critical first stage of our production: Abrasive blasting, hanging and racking items, and proper masking to ensure our powder coating finishes are applied smoothly. No experience needed we are willing to train highly motivated people however, experienced people can get higher pay compensation. Job Duties
Rotational Sandblasting schedule- Taking turns weekly, sandblastingSurface Prep- Cleaning items to eliminate microscopic surface contaminatesMasking and Plugging items for powder coating finishesRacking and hanging items using problem solving skills and creativityEquipment Maintenance- Clean blast chambers, refill abrasive media, changing sandblast parts when needed, performing basic maintenance on all blast equipment Shop Cleanliness- Keeping the prep areas, blast booths, and warehouse organized, safe, and free of excessive dust debris
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalentDriver's License RequiredAbility to stand, bend or crouch for 8 hours a dayAbility to lift 50 to 80+ poundsAbility to work in confined spacesWe rely on each other so proven reliability, excellent attendance and knowledge retention is a requirement to succeed in this role.
