While this is a remote position not located at a physical Medtronic site, the candidate hired will be required to reside within the territory and drive to multiple accounts throughout the region. A valid driver's license is essential for this role. Cardiac Ablation Solutions offers cardiac mapping and ablation solutions to treat patients with abnormal heart rhythms. Our vision is to help patients worldwide by advancing innovation for the diagnosis and ablation of cardiac arrhythmias, enabling clinicians to perform procedures with superior outcomes. To gain market share and grow the Cardiac Ablation Solutions (CAS) business by promoting, selling, and servicing Medtronic's CAS products within assigned territory. Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned: Represent Medtronic CA Solutions as the point of contact for assigned accounts Responsible for sales, service, clinical / tech support Manage overall relationship between CAS and account Conduct sales calls to promote, sell, and service Medtronic's CA Solutions' products and services Implement quarterly sales plan and achieve sales goals and objectives Maintain knowledge of Medtronic CAS products and support sales efforts of same Coordinate customer activities at all meetings assigned Complete administrative reporting as assigned (for example: expense reports, account profiles and analysis, daily planners, competitive updates, and inventory log) Provide ongoing field intelligence reports on competitive activity, changes in markets, distribution, and pricing, as well as input on customer preferences and product features Cost-effectively manage time and assets Effectively utilize sales collateral to support promotional and territorial needs Train and educate customers to gain incremental business and expand market Maintain proficient level of product knowledge in all assigned product lines Advise customers of changes and developments related to CAS products, indications, approvals, protocols and safety information Required Qualifications To be considered for this role, please ensure these minimum requirements are evident on your resume. High School Diploma (or equivalent) AND 6+ years' experience OR associate's degree AND 4+ years' experience OR bachelor's degree AND 2+ years' experience **Relevant sales, clinical, or related experience in medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences** Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree 3 years medical sales within the field of Cardiology hospital environment selling to electrophysiologists in the EP/Ablation market 3 years of CAS Clinical Specialist experience 3+ Years of TDS AND 3 years in Medical Industry Sales 4+ Years in Medical Device Sales Master's degree Demonstrable success in previous employment indicating high level of sales performance Additional Job Requirements Frequent required travel to customer clinics, hospitals and offsite meetings. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to be independently mobile. The employee is also required to interact with a computer, and communicate with peers and co-workers Occasionally will lift and/or move up to 15 pounds Must be able to stand/sit/walk for 8 hours a day Over 75% travel required Cath Lab / OR procedural observations as needed Can produce or obtain an auto insurance policy Must have a valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance policy. The Danvers Site has been part of Medtronic since 1984 and serves several internal partners that require delivery systems for its therapies. A Danvers product impacts a customer somewhere in the world about every 2 seconds. Danvers has annualized cost of goods of about 120 million USD supporting revenue of 8 billion USD. The site supports eleven Medtronic OUs with finished goods and components and employs over 1000 people.
