    Quality Control Inspector Responsible for the inspection of raw materials and finished goods (including medical products) using manual, visual, measurement and/or test equipment following company established procedures. Ensure compliance with established quality procedures and company policy. Major Responsibilities: Perform in-process inspection and testing of finished goods and/or raw materials manufactured by or for Medline Industries. Read and understand company procedures for specific materials inspections. Complete inspection documentation per applicable inspection procedures. Identify errors and omissions for correction. Operate test equipment and perform simple measurement activities per applicable standard operating procedures. Equipment may include tools such as a ruler, caliper, micrometer, scales, etc. Read and understand company procedures for specific test equipment operation. Identify defects and initiate non-conforming material reports during in-process and final inspections per pre-established company policy or Accepted Quality Limits (AQL). Communicate effectively with business partners such as quality assurance, warehouse, maintenance, and/or manufacturing groups. Communication includes but is not limited to inspection defects, issuance of non-conforming reports, inspection prioritization or any concerns associated to the product quality. Verify and/or approve line start-up and equipment applicable requirements per company-established procedures when applicable. Education: High School Diploma or equivalent. Work Experience: At least 1 year of quality control experience in a regulated industry. Knowledge / Skills / Abilities: Basic math skills including fractional to decimal conversions. Position requires:- Working in hot and cold environments and at heights. Sitting, walking or standing for prolonged periods, with frequent bending and kneeling. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.     We are now hiring for a Machine Operator! A Machine Operator is responsible for the initial sorting, photographing, decontaminating and drying of all invasive medical devices in the Redmond, Oregon facility. All work performed must comply with Medline ReNewal’s standard operating procedures as well as FDA guidelines to ensure patient safety. Decontamination Technicians must be able to work with strong smells (chemicals, body fluids) while handling contamination and/or sharp surgical instruments.


    Essential Functions of the Job:

    Receive containers of devices from receiving team and confirm all necessary paperwork presentSort each bin of incoming contaminated devices by device type in a safe mannerDocument devices received and forward to appropriate decontamination area or reject if it is a device that is not eligible for reprocessingTake appropriate steps to decontaminate devices which may be one or more of the following; Use chemical soaks to sanitize and loosen debris, Load devices into baskets and place in ultrasonic bath to loosen debris, Steam clean/scrub devices, Scrub devices with variety of implements to remove debris (blood, human tissue)Dry, cleaned devices using compressed airIn each duty previously listed, technician must confirm devices are kept separate according to documentation and/or organizational systemVerify that devices being sent to next production area are an exact match to documentation and paper records, sign off on documentsAssist other departments as needed to ensure production output meets or exceeds goalsOther duties as assigned

Our fleet consists of 1,900+ trucks that feature newer equipment. We manage a network of over 50 distribution centers nationally and provide 1-day shipping to 95% of the United States. The Driver is responsible for operating a Class A vehicle to transport life-saving medical products to our local customers. The Driver plays a critical role in building positive relationships with our customers by ensuring timely, accurate, and safe deliveries. Responsibilities: Load and secure product from the Medline Facility into a truck. Safely operate a Class A vehicle between the Medline Facility and multiple customer destinations on a delivery route. Abide by Medline's safety regulations, including wearing safety equipment where needed, performing safety checks, etc. Unload and deliver product at our customer facilities, ensuring timely deliveries. Provide in-person support to the customer addressing their questions and needs and providing appropriate documentation upon delivery. Communicate with dispatching team regarding necessary adjustments to delivery route or schedule in order to meet customer needs and maintain safe operations. Maintain a travel and cargo log in accordance with Federal and State regulations and company policy. Perform inspection of vehicle to ensure safe operation and sufficient fuel levels for continued vehicle use. Required Experience: Minimum 2 years tractor trailer driving experience Class A CDL; Licensed to operate assigned vehicle. Ability to meet Federal and State requirements for operation of commercial motor vehicles. Clean driving record with no serious violations.
