Responsibilities:Greet and check in patients at the front desk, ensuring a positive and professional first impressionAnswer and direct incoming phone calls, responding to patient inquiries promptly and courteouslySchedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments for medical imaging proceduresMaintain and organize electronic medical records (EMR) with accuracy and confidentialityProcess medical records requests, including retrieval, release, and distribution of patient information in compliance with HIPAAVerify patient insurance information and collect co-pays at time of serviceCoordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow and efficient daily operationsRequirements:Prior experience in a medical office, front desk, or healthcare administrative role preferredFamiliarity with medical records management and HIPAA compliance regulationsExperience with medical scheduling software and/or Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systemsStrong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-first attitudeHighly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a busy environmentProficient in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer skillsBilingual (English/Mandarin) a plusAbout Us:Medical Imaging Partners is a trusted provider of diagnostic imaging services serving the Arcadia, CA community and surrounding areas.
