Qualifications:
● Doctoral degree (M. D., Doctor of Medicine or D.O., Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine)
● Must be board-certified or board-eligible by the American Board of Family Medicine, the American Board of Internal Medicine or the American Board of Emergency Medicine.
● Prefer Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine or Emergency Medicine.

● Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
● Record day-to-day financial transactions, including purchases, expenses, and revenue.
● Reconcile bank statements with internal financial records to ensure accuracy.
Code expenses and reconcile information in Quickbooks for all company codes
Assist with coding on various spreadsheets
● Assist manager in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
● Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, laws, and regulations.
● Provide insights on budget variances and assist in financial forecasting.
● Assist in the payroll process, including bonuses, reimbursements, verifying federal and state payroll taxes are paid etc.

Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree in Accounting
● ADP Payroll experience preferred
● Proven experience as a Bookkeeping Accountant or similar role.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct adult ultrasound scans on various patients
Collaborate and communicate with the provider regarding clinical assessments and the clinic staff to ensure smooth flow within clinic operations.
Perform examinations, recognizing the significance of all structures that are visualized, differentiating artifacts from appropriate images, while recognizing the limitations of equipment and utilizing knowledge of anatomy and physiology.
Responsible for uploading and documenting measurements/reports through Onepacs systems and our EMR system.
Educate patients and families of safe and appropriate testing; thoroughly explaining procedures, answering questions and calming concerns.
