    Primary Responsibilities:
    Lead Daily Operations: Oversee the seamless flow of the clinic, from scheduling appointments and managing patient records to ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete.

    Administrative Duties:
    • Utilize a multi-line phone system to answer and appropriately route all incoming calls.
    • Conduct follow-up calls to discuss patient progress and address concerns.
    • Refer non-routine, sensitive, or complex requests to the appropriate staff member.
    • Ensure exceptional patient service by maintaining a friendly environment, greeting patients, and upholding outstanding standards.
    • Assist with monitoring daily inventory levels of clinical and office supplies.
    • Perform daily scanning and uploading of documents in patient files.
    • Train additional staff on daily procedures when requested by the office manager and/or physician.
    • Participate in clinic marketing efforts and provide ongoing support to promote clinic profitability and success.

    Clinical Duties (varied based on credentials):
    • Obtain patient vitals, EKG, and perform phlebotomy.
    • Administer IM injections.
    • Prepare laboratory order forms and obtain patient laboratory results.
    • Assist physicians or mid-level practitioners with patient referrals to other healthcare professionals.
    • Document patient progress notes in the patient chart and/or EMR.
    • Conduct follow-up calls to patients to discuss progress and address concerns.
    • Perform other clinical duties as required.

    Must Have Qualifications:

    Experience: Proven background in a medical office, ideally in an elective setting (e.g., med spa) or a physician’s office with a focus on high-end customer service.

    Communication: Outstanding written and verbal skills to engage and inspire patients.

    What You'll Do

    This is a hands-on role where no two days look quite the same. You'll move between clinical care and front office work, which means you're never stuck doing the same thing for eight hours straight. The ideal candidate is a true team player who brings clinical skill, front office savvy, and a warm presence with patients. Experience with insurance and VOB is important, and a background in exercise is a welcome plus.

    On the clinical side (based on your credentials):

    The Opportunity

    We’re seeking a motivated Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant to join our Woodstock clinic. In this role, you’ll work collaboratively with our medical director, following Medi-Weightloss protocols to deliver exceptional patient care.     As a Healthcare Provider at Medi-Weightloss®, you will play a crucial role in educating patients on creating and maintaining a wellness-focused lifestyle that promotes longevity and quality of life. This approach is fundamental in preventing and managing chronic diseases. Under the supervision of the Medical Director, you will provide comprehensive patient care, including conducting physical exams, managing patient progress, and contributing to overall patient care management.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Patient Care Excellence: Perform comprehensive physical exams, minimally invasive procedures, review medical and psychosocial histories, order diagnostic tests such as EKGs, phlebotomy, and metabolic breathing analysis.

    Medication Management: Prescribe and dispense FDA-approved appetite suppressants, hormone replacement and obesity medications in compliance with state and federal guidelines.

    Holistic Support: Provide weekly counseling on nutrition, exercise, and lifestyle changes to support patients’ weight loss and maintenance goals.

    Progress Monitoring: Track and document patient progress using our EMR system, ensuring personalized care and follow-up.

    Team Collaboration: Train clinical and non-clinical staff, conduct patient consultations, and engage with referral physicians to promote clinic success.

    Patient Engagement: Conduct follow-up calls to support patients and address concerns, fostering long-term success and clinic profitability.

    Additional Responsibilities

    Provide coverage at our two nearby clinics as needed.

    Perform other clinical duties to support the clinic’s mission and operations.

    Clinical Responsibilities:
    • Obtain and review patient's medical and psychosocial history information relevant to patient care.
    • Conduct physical examinations according to company guidelines.
    • Order and review laboratory studies and diagnostic procedures, including ECGs.
    • Deliver Preventive Medicine Counseling, Program counseling, and Product and Supplement Education.
    • Adhere to prescription guidelines as per the collaborative agreement with the supervising physician.
    • Maintain required documentation for patient care and medication management in the EMR according to company standards.
    • Review patient progress and manage patient care accordingly.
    • Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilities as necessary.
    • Conduct follow-up calls to patients to discuss progress and address concerns

    General Responsibilities:
    • Weekly review of Weight Tracker Report, Slipping Report, and assigned KPIs to provide clinical oversight and mentor clinical staff.
    • Serve as the company liaison for medical and clinical affairs at the locations.
    • Participate in ongoing training initiatives and serve as the in-house trainer for medical staff.
    • Seek opportunities to improve franchise clinical operations' efficiency, effectiveness, and capacity.
    • Develop strategic recommendations to support patient experience improvement initiatives.
    • Program Development – Participate in the launch of test pilots for new programs, services, and products.
    • Demonstrate strong project management skills and effectively develop and monitor project work plans.
