We are looking for a motivated, reliable, bilingual Assistant Manager to help lead our team in delivering excellent customer service while maintaining high operational standards. The Assistant Manager supports daily operations, team leadership, and ensures a clean, efficient, and positive work environment.

Store Hours:
Monday–Friday: 6:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m.Saturday–Sunday: 7:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.Responsibilities:
Assist in managing daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth shift transitionsTrain, supervise, and coach team members to ensure excellent customer serviceUtilize POS system for order processing, cash handling, and sales reconciliationMonitor inventory to minimize waste, manage stock levels, and coordinate food ordering processesEnsure compliance with food safety standards, sanitation protocols, and health regulationsHandle customer concerns and resolve issues professionallyHelp manage inventory, ordering, and cost controlEnsure compliance with company policies and health regulationsExperience:
Proven experience in restaurant management or supervisory roles within fast food, casual dining, or fine dining establishmentsStrong background in hospitality management with a focus on customer service excellenceHands-on experience with POS systemsKnowledge of food safety practices, inventory control, and food handling proceduresQualifications:
Previous experience in food service or restaurant leadershipStrong communication and leadership skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentFlexible schedule, including weekends and holidaysBasic understanding of food safety and sanitation practicesBilingual in English and SpanishBenefits:
