Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across appropriate US geographic markets. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and education/training and a candidate's work experience. Position SummaryThe Member Enrollment Representative is responsible for leading patient education, facilitating enrollment, and executing the launch plan for transitioning MDVIP physicians. Embedded in the practice for 7075% of the transition timeline, this role is key to ensuring timely panel completion, high conversion from engaged patients, and successful delivery of training to physicians and staff. This team member must balance execution of the project plan, performance against aggressive enrollment metrics, and high-impact in-person communication.
