Interpret a high-volume of screening and diagnostic mammograms, breast ultrasounds, breast MRIs, and related imaging studies with a focus on early detection and accurate diagnosis.Perform stereotactic breast biopsies (core needle) as a core procedural competency, along with ultrasound-guided and MRI-guided biopsies when indicated, ensuring precise, minimally invasive tissue sampling.Provide timely consultations for abnormal findings, coordinate with multidisciplinary breast team (oncologists, surgeons, pathologists) to develop patient-centered care plans and facilitate rapid workup/treatment pathways.Participate in breast tumor board/multidisciplinary conferences, quality assurance reviews, and peer learning to maintain high standards in breast imaging and intervention.Qualifications

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $450,000 -$600,000 on an annualized basis.
