    - Support risk management processes and methods for identifying, assessing, and adjudicating program risk; Conduct analysis to identify program risk areas and recommend/implement mitigation approaches.
    - Provide expert mission analysis to define technical requirements and interfaces, provide analysis of alternatives, guide development, evaluate expected performance against requirements and mission needs, and support calibration activities

This exciting and innovative position, located in Chantilly, VA, will leverage best practices in system engineering, via Digital Engineering, MBSE, Agile software development, and DevSecOps processes and technology. This role will require energetic engineers to define and integrate major space systems and associated ground elements from concept into an operational enterprise. The ideal candidate will bring the new space system and the associated ground elements from concept to an operational enterprise. You will support system engineering and integration activities from concept, to development, integration, and transition to an operational enterprise. You will be involved in early program development to inform critical test planning. You will bring a working knowledge of space/ground systems integration and test activities, develop test methodologies and execute tests to verify developed capability meets system requirements. Key Duties/Responsibilities:
    Identifying, planning, and executing verification methodologies for complex space and ground systems, and developing required verification plans, procedures and reports
    Performing Systems Integration of ground segment and space segment through early integration tests, risk reductions and demonstrations in an Agile DevSecOps environment

    Bachelors of Science in engineering, science or related technical field with nine (9) years or more experience, or Master's and seven (7) years or more experience
    Four (4) years of Systems Engineering experience
    Experience in systems integration and systems engineering
    Experience in space-ground systems architecture and lifecycle support
    Experience in implementing test automation frameworks and processes (e.g. BDD, TDD)
