    Role Description As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing projects from pre-bid through Contract to Completion, with full ownership for scope, schedule, cost, quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. This role owns project outcomes from Notice-to-Proceed through closeout. Acts as the primary decision-maker for execution strategies, staffing, sequencing, and subcontractor alignment. Utilize BuilderTrend to track project progress, manage documentation, and facilitate communication across teams and stakeholders. Proactively manages risks, issues, and project change requests to ensure successful, on-time, and on-budget delivery. Serves as a senior escalation point, providing guidance, mentorship, and strategic direction to project teams. Ensures projects meet quality standards, contractual obligations, and deliver the highest level of customer satisfaction. Qualifications 5-8 years construction related experience. Minimum of 3 years of people leadership experience, including direct management, coaching, and development of Project Managers and/or Superintendents. Extensive understanding of project and program management principles, methods, and techniques. Proven experience managing and developing Project Managers and/or Superintendents. Demonstrated experience supporting preconstruction activities, including estimating, bidding, or pre-bid planning. Proven ability to lead projects through inspections, closeout, and owner turnover. Experience leading multiple concurrent projects across multiple jurisdictions and ADJs with high levels of complexity. Strong working knowledge of subcontracted trades including civil, electrical, plumbing, crane/set crews, and modular installation activities. Strong business and financial acumen with the ability to influence project and operational decisions at a senior level.
