    JOB SUMMARY: Coordinate and maintain written/ visual content of online whole goods and parts presence.
    DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Establish internet content as part of a dedicated dealership sales team. Refresh
    sales content to ensure accuracy and timeliness of units posted. Provide the best in customer service and satisfaction as occasional product financing support.
    Specifically,
    • Conduct frequent spot/ partial audits of physical inventory; engage PE Sales Manager to select promoted inventory.
    • Convert digital consumers into McFarlanes Retail Service Center customers by capturing and selecting proper photos of detailed units and organizing product categories within online posts in a manner t hathighlights product inventory in best light.
    • Promote available inventory by maintaining appropriate quantity and excellent quality of whole goods or parts content on company website, social media, and other web-based tools, i.e., Tractor House, through posting of price and created package deals, announcing specials and ensuring timely go live. Post parts inventory if/ as requested by Parts Manager.
    • Provide timely updated communications to sales team members, ensuring receipt of active online inventory content/ postings.
    • Monitor and evaluate online activities and featured products of McFarlanes Retail & Service Center dealership competition; report findings out to sales team.
    • Occasionally may need to act as F&I (financing) back-up, providing top-notch customer service.

  • Structural Steel PM/ Estimator

    JOB SUMMARY: Entry level PM/ Estimator needed to solicit and negotiate price, schedule and Job Contract expectations with customers and subcontractors while managing projects. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Review all front-end documents, perform takeoff and gather pricing for all materials, prepare costing estimates and manage projects within a team setting; responsible for managing contract and negotiated projects from date of award to project completion.
    Specifically:
    • Solicit and negotiate price, schedule and Job Contract expectations with customers and subcontractors
    • Execute takeoffs, prepare estimates/proposals, bid, schedule and manage projects in team setting.
    • Review contract documents and specifications.

  • Truck Driver/OTR Driver

    JOB SUMMARY: To operate commercial motor vehicle to transport freight in inter or intra state commerce between terminals and relay stations or from home terminal to distant point(s) and returns. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: The Truck Driver is responsible for hauling McFarlane products to their destination on flat bed trailers and double drop trailers. Specifically: Inspect vehicle and required parts and accessories to determine safe operating condition prior to departure and incrementally throughout trip. Check shipping papers to determine nature of load and any special hazards, and check load itself and methods of securing it. Operate vehicle in compliance with company rules and all applicable state and federal regulations, and in accordance with accepted principles of safe driving. Deliver freight to consignees, including oversized loads with specific permit instructions, using common sense and consideration to unique job sites and related constraints. Pick up freight as required. Load and unload freight as required. Collect freight charges as instructed per McFarlanes Retail Service Center. Chaining strapping and tarping loads as needed. Perform other related work as required. The brakes of highway trucks shall be set and wheel chocks placed under the rear wheels to prevent the trucks from rolling while they are boarded with powered industrial trucks.     DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Welder has knowledge of commonly used welding concepts, practices, and

    deliveries, or moves them to and from various work, receiving or storage areas. Provides production
