TheAssistant Supervisorsupports the planning, coordination, and execution of pharmaceutical projects under the guidance of senior project managers. This role assists with scheduling, documentation, and tracking of project deliverables, while helping coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, validation, quality, and construction. The Assistant Supervisor monitors project progress, identifies potential issues, and supports problem resolution to ensure projects stay on schedule, within scope, and compliant with regulatory and GMP requirements. This position provides a foundation for developing project management skills in a highly regulated, technical environment.

We are currently seeking an experienced Senior CADD Specialist to join our growing Transportation and Infrastructure Division. This role serves a multi-consultant office program and will be based in Lower Manhattan, New York. As a part of our Transportation team, the CADD Specialist will be responsible for production drawings and as-builts utilizing sketches, diagrams, drawings, and plans. Examples of duties performed include interpreting, compiling, and processing technical engineering data and preparing special reports as requested; researching, assembling, and reviewing road, bridge, and structural data.

As a Senior Construction Manager, youll serve as the Director of a Design and Construction team supporting the Metropolitan Transportation Authoritys (MTA) Real Estate portfolio. About the Role/Responsibilities:We are in search of highly motivated and capable individuals with experience in clean energy & energy efficiency implementation. In this role you will be challenged to help navigate and implement a major energy provider's green energy initiative. MCFA Global has been engaged by one of our clients to identify a high-performing Construction Project Managerto support their growing field operations and project delivery. This is an external role with our partner firm and mcfa is leading the search to find the best candidate for this opportunity.
How Youll Get to Contribute
In this role, youll lead construction project delivery from pre-construction through closeout, overseeing field operations, schedules, budgets, and client relationships. You will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and at or above profitability targets.

As a Senior Construction Manager, youll serve as the Director of a Design and Construction team supporting the Metropolitan Transportation Authoritys (MTA) Real Estate portfolio. Youll serve as the critical link between senior MTA Real Estate leadership, retail tenants and sub-tenant teams (architects, general contractors, electricians), master tenants and the agencies within the MTA (New York City Transit, Long Island Railroad and Metro North Railroad) facilitating retail buildouts and openings.

What youll do:
Conduct briefings and provides regular updates to senior MTA leadership concerning project status and key milestones of the Retail Design & Construction Portfolio.Supervise a team of project managers that conduct MEP plan review, aesthetics review and ensure code compliance.Regularly interact with leadership across the agencies (NYCT, LIRR, MNR, AMTRAK) to drive project completion.Develop and implement optimized tracking and reporting systems that drastically improve the timeliness and accuracy of information to senior MTA leadership.Facilitate plan reviews (architectural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire alarm, etc.) and coordinate site visits and inspections with multiple stakeholders and approving agencies.Ensures construction timelines are adhered to and eliminates roadblocks to completion.Who You Are:
Required:
8+ years experience in the AEC industry.Experienced in retail construction management.Organizational leadership experience; excellent communication, time management, and administration skills.Experienced in daily interactions (briefings, reports, status updates) with C-Suite executives.Bachelors degree in related field (engineering, architecture).Event Better (but not required):
