MCD Express Inc. is a family-owned flatbed/Conestoga carrier with nearly 30 years of service. We are expanding our FLATBED/CONESTOGA DIVISION, We are looking for safety-focused drivers to join our growing team.

Position Overview
As an OTR Truck Driver, you will safely operate late-model Kenworth and Peterbilt trucks hauling Refrigerated freight across designated routes. Drivers are home weekly if location is reasonbly in route and drivers are supported by an experienced dispatch and operations team.
Two years experience is preferred but not required. We offer training for motivated drivers ready to grow their skills.
Responsibilities
Safely operate company equipment on assigned regional routesConduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspectionsSecure a loads in compliance with safety regulationsManage route schedules while maintaining on-time deliveriesMaintain accurate logs of driving hours, mileage, and inspectionsCommunicate professionally with dispatch and customersFollow all DOT and FMCSA regulationsQualifications
Valid CDL A license2+ years of commercial driving experience preferredUnder 2 years? You may qualify for in-house trainingFamiliarity with manual and/or automatic transmissionsStrong understanding of DOT safety regulationsAbility to properly secure freightClean driving recordCompensation & Benefits
