Project Coordinator
Position Overview
The Project Coordinator manages customer projects from contract execution through final completion. This role coordinates purchasing, scheduling, delivery, installation support, and service resolution to ensure projects are completed accurately, efficiently, and with a high level of customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects while communicating effectively with customers, vendors, installers, and internal teams.

Coordinate residential and commercial window and door projects from contract through completionReview sales orders for accuracy, pricing, scope, and scheduling requirementsPurchase products, materials, and services from vendors and manufacturing partnersManage project schedules, delivery timelines, installation coordination, and field communicationServe as the primary point of contact for customers, installers, vendors, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycleTrack project documentation, order status, change requests, and key deadlinesCoordinate pre-finish services, delivery logistics, and installation readinessResolve issues related to materials, scheduling, service, warranties, shortages, and damaged productsEnsure projects meet company standards for quality, customer experience, and profitabilitySupport process improvements to increase operational efficiency and project executionQualifications

Summary of Service Technician Position
The Service Technician is responsible for providing quality service visits to customers to inspect, repair and/or adjust Pella windows and doors in the field. The Service Technician will diagnose product issues in the field, determine and perform the correct resolution, and communicate accordingly with customers and internal service team. This position is responsible for ensuring all customer service calls are completed in a timely, accurate, and efficient manner while maintaining a customer-focused attitude.
