Commercial Leasing Manager and Tenant Relations
We are seeking a high-energy, proactive, onsite Leasing Manager to drive the day-to-day operational excellence of a key commercial asset in Downtown San Francisco. This role is ideal for a hands-on leasing manager who thrives on the physical details of a commercial building.
EDUCATION and TRAINING REQUIREMENTS
1. Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
2. Experience: 3–5 years in Commercial Real Estate Leasing. Experience in an urban high-rise or "Class A" asset is a plus.
3. Have an established network in the commercial real estate field.
4. Background Check Required before hire.
Leasing and Tenant Relations Duties:
Oversee daily leasing operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, budget targets, and a minimum 75% occupancy goal.Manage all lease transactions, including drafting, reviewing, negotiating, renewals, and coordinating with brokers and legalcounsel.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders (Property Manager, Legal, Brokers, Architects, Construction) to support tenant improvements, rent commencement, and revenue growth.Lead reporting and planning efforts, including weekly leasing updates, quarterly forecasts, annual budgeting, and market trend monitoring.Serve as the primary tenant contact, overseeing leasing paperwork, customer service, renewal communications, tours, and tenant engagement initiatives (e.g., RTO programs and community events).COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Base Salary: $125,000 per year.
Bonus: Annual bonus based on performance review.

BA or BS degree from an accredited college or university, preferably with a major in a behavioral science. MSW or MA preferred.
· Minimum 2 years case management experience working with diverse populations.
· Bi-Lingual Spanish/English required.
· Experience providing social services in a residential setting preferred.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Provide case management, home visit, and/or social service coordination for residents including crisis intervention, and client advocacy; maintain client documentation and required compliance records. Develop individual service plans in conjunction with the client, program and community resources.
· Observe client confidentiality & HIPAA protocols.
· Maintain program's standard of documentation of case management services; keep accurate records, files, correspondence & statistics in both written form and via data entry.
· Excellent communication, writing and analytic skills.
· Prepare reports and presentations of information as required. Serve as liaison/advocate with outside social and health agencies. Provide current information and referrals regarding services and community resources to residents and staff through case management, residents’ meetings and programs, and staff meetings
· Work in collaboration with other on-site staff to facilitate community relations, provide guidance and conflict resolution meetings when needed.
· Receive, prepare, and participate in weekly onsite Food Bank Distribution.
· Participate and attend meetings and trainings as assigned.
· Work with Program Coordinator to conduct activities and events for the residents . Evening hours are required to assist with some of these events. Workday hours will be adjusted for these occasions
· Other duties as assigned by your supervisor.
