    MCC is looking for a Maintenance Tech/Electrician. The main duties of the Technician are to ensure that all electrical schematics and instrumentation are calibrated and current, troubleshooting during unscheduled equipment downtime, repairs and complete preventive maintenance service.

    Responsibilities:

    Provides emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production. Performs scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service in a multi-shift environment Performs duties including, but not limited to mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic troubleshooting and repair of machines Supports an optimized production environment by applying the principles of Lean Manufacturing and 5S Responsible for maintaining and performing repairs to the facility Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned

    Qualifications:

    One or more years of demonstrated experience in the electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic applications The ability to read electrical schematics and vocational maintenance training certificate preferred Requires basic knowledge of computers and operating systems Must have ability to multi-task and to identify and execute process improvements as needed Requires strong problem solving skills to assess product output relative to specifications Requires physical ability to climb stairs, bend, sit, stand, walk, reach with arms, push, pull and use hands and fingers to feel and handle material for extended time frames Must have ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds repeatedly and regularly. Includes the ability to stoop, squat, crawl and kneel as needed This position requires frequent walking.

    The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for planning the maintenance and repair of project facilities and equipment. This position schedules the work to be accomplished daily, weekly and during planned outages, determines the required parts, equipment, and human resources to complete this work. Work will be planned and scheduled in the projects CMMS system (Asset Essentials).

    The Maintenance Supervisor reports to the Maintenance Manager. The Maintenance Supervisor works hand in hand with the Maintenance Techs and cooperates with other supervisors and personnel as needed in the daily maintenance of the project.

    Why work at MCC: Compensation: Depending on experience Generous benefits package including medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance and 401(k) Paid Holidays: New Years, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, plus two floating Holidays Responsibilities: Plans and schedules the preventive/corrective activities for maintenance personnel in performing maintenance and repair activities Plans and schedules project outages and establishes priority lists for planned work scopes Plans work scopes and establishes priorities for forced outage work Troubleshoots equipment and develops repair plans and schedules as necessary Recommends and facilitates the procurement of parts and equipment necessary to support all identified maintenance Retrieves the required parts from inventory; identifies the necessary tools for repair; and researches vendor technical instructions for all project repair work Determines the required project conditions and appropriate work isolation for planned maintenance, including the preparation of lockout/tagouts Administers a maintenance plan that ensures electrical and mechanical equipment is serviced and maintained in accordance with vendor recommendations and procedures Implements the project's preventive maintenance program, including equipment failure records, and providing trend information to the Maintenance Manager Supports and coordinates Root Cause Analysis (RCA) process Organize and maintain parts inventory for all parts in stock, ensuring that stock levels do not fall below required levels Communicate with vendors and contractors regarding order status, delivery times and availability Process returns of defective parts, arranging replacements and ensuring company receives a credit for all returned parts Shop best price and availability of parts from a variety of vendors Find ways to source parts that may be proprietary to certain manufactures Maintain daily PO spreadsheet Process invoices for payment, issue PO numbers through Radius Program and work with accounts payable to resolve any vendor issues Keep management updated on lead times and any supply chain issues Maintain the parts storage area to insure it is well organized and parts removed from inventory are re-ordered Maintain maintenance daily MDI board by updating KPI's Maintain filing in the maintenance department Schedule Preventive Maintenance Contractors for Chiller, HVAC, Air Compressor, Fire System, etc. Other duties as needed Qualifications: High School Diploma/GED required Experience using computers for data entry, record keeping, etc. required Experience with Microsoft Office Suite required Minimum of 2 years of purchasing-related experience required Knowledge of electrical, mechanical and pneumatics Excellent verbal and written communication, including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers. Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service. Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.     Position Overview:
    The Value Stream Specialist is responsible for driving Lean transformation and operational excellence across our manufacturing sites. This role plays a key part in leading the cultural shift toward a Lean Operating System by engaging plant leadership, Lean experts, and front-line employees. Track and report on the impact of Lean initiatives, including operational and cultural improvements. Share best practices across sites to promote standardization and excellence in execution. Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Quality and Operational Excellence. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in engineering, Operations Management, or equivalent experience required. Minimum of 2 years of plant leadership experience, including at least 1 year leading Lean manufacturing initiatives in complex production environments.     MCC is looking for a Maintenance Tech/Electrician. The main duties of the Technician are to ensure that all electrical schematics and instrumentation are calibrated and current, troubleshooting during unscheduled equipment downtime, repairs and complete preventive maintenance service.
