    McBride Homes is seeking to expand our team of Superintendents for both our Land Development and Homes Division.

    Salary Ranges:

    Assistant Superintendent: $50,000 - $65,000, plus truck allowance and annual discretionary bonus opportunity.Superintendent (5+ years of experience): $65,000 - $85,000, plus truck allowance and annual discretionary bonus opportunity.

    Key Responsibilities for Land Development:

    Manage the day-to-day field operations for large scale residential developments, including clearing, earthwork, sanitary sewer installation, storm sewer installation, water main installation, pavement construction, and other utility installations.Communicating often with municipalities and their employees.Assist with managing job cost and hitting development budgets given for each project task.Effectively manage stormwater compliance including permit requirements and Pollution Prevention Plan maintenanceMaking daily site visits to each development.Uphold project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.Troubleshoot issues and complaints as they arise.Deliver developed lots to the home builder on time and per plan.

    Key Responsibilities for Homes Division:

    Scheduling, supervising, and managing various trades for multiple jobs at a time.Communicating daily with corporate office staff, vendors, field staff, and sales team. Keeping them updated on job site progress, answering questions, and managing their expectations.Identify and communicate material shortages, labor cost differences for each job.Making daily site visits to each home.Uphold project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.Troubleshoot issues and complaints as they arise.

    Required Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree in construction management, construction engineering, or civil/structural engineering preferredCurrent knowledge/understanding of building practices, codes, and requirementsComfortable with technology, embrace change and understand the efficiency of technologyProficient with MS Office Products, in particular, Excel & OutlookAbility to use construction software to manage all aspects of the jobExcellent time management, organization skills, and attention to detailMinimal travel required; must own or lease a truck and have a valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record and insurance coverage

    McBride Homes is seeking a talented and experienced Project Architect to join our architecture team. The ideal candidate will have heavy experience in residential designs, a passion for innovation, and strong leadership skills. As a Project Architect, you will play a critical role in the development and execution of residential project designs, collaborating with internal clients, designers, engineers, and the construction staff. This is an in-office position located in our state-of-the-art facility in Chesterfield Valley.

    Compensation: $80k – $100k/ yr. depending on experience and an annual, discretionary bonus program

    Key Responsibilities:

    Navigate municipal approval processes and permitting requirements under the direction of the Senior ArchitectAddress plan review comments and revise documents accordinglyProduce detailed plans, elevations, sections, and specifications with a high level of accuracyAssist in resolving design and construction challenges in real time in collaboration with senior team membersCollaborate with internal teams to standardize and implement new plans and options that support product line expansion and drive revenue growthUtilize CAD/BIM software efficiently; support team development by sharing best practices, libraries, and workflow efficienciesWork independently on assigned tasks and project components while coordinating regularly with the Senior ArchitectMonitor project progress and ensure designs remain compliant with codes, standards, and project requirements

    Qualifications:

    Licensed Architect in the State of Missouri, or actively pursuing licensure with the ability to obtain within a reasonable timeframe5+ years of architectural experience, including a minimum of 3 years in residential design (production or custom preferred)Proficiency in architectural design software, including AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Revit, and Adobe Creative SuiteStrong understanding of residential building codes, zoning ordinances, and permitting processesExperience producing and coordinating full construction document sets Experience collaborating with consultants, internal teams, and construction personnelExperience with plan standardization, options development, or value engineering preferred
