In this role, you'll handle system diagnostics, repairs and preventative maintenance, while educating homeowners and offering solutions.
What You'll DoDiagnose and troubleshoot problems with heating, cooling, and ventilation systems.
Make light HVAC repairs when needed or recommend replacements.
Perform routine HVAC maintenance to prevent future issues and improve efficiency.
Communicate clearly with homeowners, explaining any issues and providing service options in a professional, friendly way.
Keep detailed notes on recommendations, service visit details, and parts usage logs.
Follow all safety protocols including local and state HVAC codes.
Qualifications3-5+ years of HVAC experience (residential preferred).Completed HVAC training program, EPA license preferred.Strong skills in diagnostics, repair, and customer service.Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills.Comfortable working in tight spaces, attics, and outdoors.Valid driver's license.
