Qualifications3-5+ years of HVAC experience (residential preferred).Completed HVAC training program, EPA license preferred.Strong skills in diagnostics, repair, and customer service.Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills.Comfortable working in tight spaces, attics, and outdoors.Valid driver's license.
