Job Description Are you a DC-licensed clinician with experience working with adolescents who wants a telehealth-first role without losing the connection to school-based care? MBI Health Services, LLC is seeking School-Based Telehealth Therapists (LICSW or LPC) to provide behavioral health services to high school students, adult learners, and online school students attending DC Public and Public Charter Schools that do not have an on-site DBH-funded clinician. This role is primarily telehealth, with limited in-person availability required for school meetings or trainings as needed. In this role, you will maintain an active caseload of approximately 15 students while providing evidence-based therapy, completing diagnostic assessments and treatment plans, and collaborating with school staff and families to support student success. Clinicians are expected to provide approximately 25 billable SIDA hours per week using a HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform. Responsibilities Collect information about consumers through interviews, tests, and evaluation of day-to-day functioning within work, family, and other routines. Identify areas needing continued support, resources, and treatment to assist consumers. Prepare and complete diagnostic and bio-psychological assessments, clinical notes, referrals, and treatment plans as appropriate. Maintain confidentiality of records relating to consumers treatment. Provide therapy and maintain an assigned caseload. Provide brief, solution-focused, and evidence-based therapeutic services to individuals, families, and/or groups via telehealth. Deliver clinical services virtually to students in home or community settings using HIPAA-compliant technology. Provide approximately 25 or more billable hours per week. Maintain an active caseload of approximately 15 students. Work with Clinical Managers and other multidisciplinary team members to develop and implement treatment plans and assessments. Collaborate with school staff, families, and school-based teams to support coordinated care and student treatment goals. Participate in required in-person school meetings, trainings, and consultations as needed. Establish and follow crisis protocols in collaboration with school staff. Coordinate crisis intervention services as needed in accordance with established protocols. Obtain required consents for treatment and authorizations for information sharing to support coordinated care. Provide students and families with information on accessing crisis services and after-hours support. Create appropriate case management notes and enter information into required systems. Complete all required clinical documentation and case notes in Credible in compliance with DBH, Medicaid, and organizational standards. Participate in required service-related data reporting, as applicable to the clinician role. Perform other job-related duties as assigned. Job Description We are seeking a passionate and experienced Licensed Clinical Manager to join our office-based team and drive meaningful change in our community. The Clinical Manager is responsible for supervision and evaluation. Assists the Site Director with developing, planning, and implementing strategies for program continuation and growth. Providing clinical training to staff and evaluating the content of clinical documentation. This position demands a positive and supportive attitude toward the agency and its overall success. Provide expert level consultation, guidance, and support to MBI staff creating a working environment in which collaboration is valued and excellence in clinical care is promoted and achieved. Assist with developing, implementing and expanding MBI services and programs to address identified gaps in mental health and supportive services available to the surrounding community. Conduct follow up and aftercare planning services as needed. Expeditiously discharging inactive clients. Provide emergency services during work hours and after hours as assigned. Lead direct supervision to a team of clinical and non-clinical staff that supports an interdisciplinary team approach to the delivery of care and employee evaluations. Attend staff meetings, supervisory conferences, and other activities, which ensure the smooth functioning of clinical operations. Ensure that team of Community Support Workers (CSWs) does a minimum of 25 SIDA (See, Intervene, Document, Approve) hours each week.
