Role SummaryManage personal injury cases from pre-litigation through litigation, including trial preparation when needed. Work closely with a support team to focus on legal strategy, client communication, and case execution. Tools and systems are in place to streamline drafting, discovery, depositions, and trial preparation.
This position supports a civil litigation practice focused on insurance defense. The Senior Associate Attorney plays a key role in handling time-sensitive conditional demands while working closely with senior attorneys, clients, and internal teams to deliver accurate, timely legal responses.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead responses to time-limited conditional demandsDraft and review legal documents, including pleadings, briefs, motions, affidavits, contracts, and settlement agreementsConduct legal research and provide analysis in support of demand responsesIdentify and analyze legal conflicts; advise clients and negotiate resolutionsCommunicate clearly with attorneys, paralegals, and clients, including non-legal stakeholdersMaintain thorough and accurate documentation of demand response filesPerform additional duties as assignedQualifications & Skills5–7 years of recent insurance defense experience
