    The Director of Operations’ primary responsibility is to provide strategic oversight and mentorship of Operations while being directly responsible for the operational and financial success of multiple dental practices located in assigned areas. The Director of Operations serves operating Dentist owners by holding direct reports accountable for day-to-day practice and meeting immediate needs while positioning the practice for growth.
