Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming to maintain pristine floors and surfaces.Execute specialized cleaning procedures such as carpet cleaning, floor care (buffing or waxing), and upholstery maintenance to extend the longevity of furnishings.Maintain cleanliness of all equipment and suppliesPressure washingFinal cleansOther duties as assigned.Qualifications
Proven experience in janitorial work, custodial services, or commercial cleaning environments.Knowledge of cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning, floor care, sanitation practices, and general cleaningStrong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.Ability to operate cleaning machinery such as vacuums, buffers, auto scrubbers, and other equipment safely.Familiarity with safety standards related to sanitation and janitorial work; certification in basic health & safety practices is a plus.Flexibility to adapt to different cleaning assignments across various settings including offices, medical buildings, commercial properties.
