The IT Asset Associate is responsible for supporting the end-to-end lifecycle of hardware assets, ensuring every employee receives the right device at the right time.
This role owns stockroom operations — from receiving and registering new equipment to executing device refreshes, processing buybacks, and coordinating logistics for remote US employees. The IT Asset Associate maintains accurate asset records in the CMDB and resolves hardware-related ServiceNow requests in partnership with the IT Asset Management team.
Responsibilities
Manage MSP office stockroom inventory, maintaining accurate records of all hardware assets, accessories, and loaner/test devices in the CMDBExecute device refresh cycles for MSP on-site and remote US employees, coordinating device preparation, shipping logistics, and asset returns from start to finishReceive, scan, and register incoming Apple hardware and accessories into the CMDB upon delivery, ensuring accurate asset records from point of intakeIssue new, loaner, and test devices to employees following established check-out procedures and documenting all transactions in ServiceNowCollect and process returned devices from departing or refreshed employees, ensuring proper data wiping, chain-of-custody documentation, and CMDB updatesProcess device buyback requests in accordance with Client's policy, managing transactions and updating asset records accordinglyFacilitate data transfers for employees receiving new devices, following established migration procedures and coordinating directly with end usersCoordinate inbound shipments from Apple and technology vendors and manage outbound device shipments to remote US employees, ensuring accurate tracking and timely deliveryResolve ServiceNow tickets related to hardware requests, device issues, and asset management inquiries within established SLA timeframes; escalate non-standard requests and policy exceptions to the IT Asset Management teamConduct monthly stockroom audits to reconcile physical inventory against CMDB records, reporting discrepancies to managementMaintain the organization and security of the MSP stockroom, ensuring all assets are properly labeled, stored, and accessibleOther duties and special projects as assigned
Qualifications:

Job Description:
The Warehouse Associate performs receiving, stock keeping, picking, packing and shipping activities. Also responsible for counter sales, housekeeping and related quality assurance activities.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Handle all incoming shipments.
• Perform verification of purchased products and enter order receipts into computer system.
• Perform quality assurance inspections when appropriate.
• Place received material, after segregating backorders, into proper warehouse storage locations. When appropriate, relocate and consolidate material and notify management of new bon/table locations.
• Pull, pack, weigh and label materials for shipment (including assemble & hold orders).
• Prepare bills of lading and express receipts.
• Assist in loading the trucks.
• Prepare local delivery records and complete applicable blocks on the pick ticket.
• Maintain appropriate forms pending return of material.
• Inspect condition of returned material prior to completing return authorization forms.
• Pull stock and return it to the correct location pending credit memo, sale or return to supplier.
• Clean warehouse and trucking/parking area.
• Assemble and disassemble bins, racks, shelves and tables as needed.
• Administer preventative maintenance programs to delivery vehicles and warehouse equipment to ensure proper functioning and safety practices for warehouse operations.
• Record verbal/written complaints from customers concerning dissatisfaction with product or service provided. Process the complaint by responding to the customer with the action taken to correct the problem or directing the complaint department supervisor/manager where necessary.
• Maintain counter stock as needed.
• May assist with over the counter sales.
