Duties and Responsibilities: Develop short and long-term goals and KPIs for the restaurantHire, train, and manage employees and conduct periodic performance reviewsLead team in providing exceptional customer serviceCreate and maintain a food and beverage budgetAdhere to all health and safety rules and regulationsProvide sales and productivity reports to upper managementDevelop and coordinate marketing efforts and community eventsDevelop and orchestrate scheduling of front of house.
