    The Customer Service Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring timely and accurate order management for major accounts. This position requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in Excel. The role involves daily interaction with internal teams, sales representatives, supply chain, and warehouse partners to ensure smooth order flow and customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:Review and analyze all customer orders at the beginning of each season before EDI application to ensure accuracy and completeness.Receive and process orders from major accounts, entering them into SAP so the warehouse can begin fulfillment.Process daily dropship orders for all customers using DSCO and SPS Commerce platforms.Enter sales projections into the system for Supply Chain to support production and inventory planning.Communicate with sales representatives via email regarding order status, updates, and any issues.Collaborate with the Supply Chain Department to stay informed on incoming receivings and product availability.Coordinate with the warehouse to manage special requests and order fulfillment needs.Research, follow up, and dispute chargebacks where applicable, ensuring deductions are valid and reasonable.Support and manage the return process for all related orders.Generate and analyze reports to identify order discrepancies, trends, or potential issues.Qualifications:Bachelors degree required, preferably in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.12 years of experience in customer service, order management, or a related field.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data analysis).Experience with SAP and EDI systems (DSCO, SPS Commerce) a plus.Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to professionally interact with sales representatives, internal teams, and external partners.Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
