    About the Role:

    Key Responsibilities:

    Project Management: Lead and manage projects related to the development and manufacturing of critical power equipment.     Qualifications:

    Minimum of 4 experience as a Project Manager in manufacturing or a related fieldWorking knowledge of switchgear and critical power systems.Proficiency in project management software and tools.Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

    About the Role:

    The Safety Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) program at an assigned facility. Working under limited supervision, this position requires proactive engagement on the production floor and close collaboration with the Operations Teams to identify and mitigate risks. The Safety Coordinator may report to a facility Safety Specialist, Senior Safety Coordinator, or HSE Manager, and will also receive direction from the Senior HSE Manager.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Begin each shift on the production floor, actively engaging with teams during morning meetings, pre-task planning, and stretch-and-flex activities.Monitor facility operations for compliance with all applicable health, safety, and environmental regulations, and initiate corrective actions as needed.Conduct incident and near-miss investigations, including root cause analysis and development of corrective and preventive measures.Identify, document, and follow up on unsafe acts or conditions; ensure resolution and continuous improvement.Serve as a member of the facility's first aid and emergency response team; provide care for injured employees when necessary.Lead or support onboarding and ongoing HSE training for employees and contractors.Educate, coach, and mentor personnel on safe work practices and hazard recognition.Conduct safety briefings for contractors/subcontractors entering Maverick Power facilities to communicate safety protocols.Compile documentation, data, and photographs; prepare reports in accordance with company policy and regulatory requirements.Ensure completion of required inspections (e.g., PPE, tools, fire extinguishers, fall protection, equipment) on a daily, quarterly, and annual basis.Support crisis management and emergency response programs, including leading emergency drills (fire, severe weather).Maintain detailed documentation and accurate records of findings, reports, and inspections.Represent HSE in facility meetings, identify training needs, and flag upcoming high-risk work.Participate in New Product Introduction (NPI) and project kickoff meetings to proactively address potential safety concerns.Conduct environmental and industrial hygiene testing as required (e.g., dosimeter, light meter, gas meter).Provide safety support to other Maverick Power facilities in the local area as needed.Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

    Qualifications:

    Associate degree in Safety, Environmental Science, or related field; OR minimum of 3 years of relevant HSE experience.Minimum 3 years of full-time experience in a Safety role within a manufacturing or assembly environment.Minimum 3 years of experience in: conducting safety training, hazard/risk assessments, and incident investigations with root cause analysis.Equivalent military experience will be considered in lieu of traditional education or industry experience.Strong knowledge of OSHA General Industry and Construction safety standards.Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to remain composed in high-pressure situations.Confidence in addressing unsafe acts and conditions at all organizational levels.Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint).Fluent in English with full professional proficiency (reading, writing, speaking).

    About the Role:

    Maverick Power is looking for a detail-orientated individual to join our team as an Inventory Control Lead. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels by performing counts, verifying materials, updating system records, and resolving discrepancies. Supports warehouse operations by ensuring all items are properly received, stored, and issued according to established procedures.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Lead daily inventory control activities, including cycle counts, inventory reconciliation, and material verification.Assign, prioritize, and monitor daily workload for Inventory Control personnel.Investigate inventory discrepancies and perform root cause analysis to identify and implement corrective actions.Review and approve inventory transactions, adjustments, transfers, and system corrections within Epicor.Partner with Receiving, Production, Shipping, Planning, and Purchasing to resolve inventory and material flow issues.Ensure inventory accuracy through regular audits, location verification, and adherence to inventory control procedures.Develop, maintain, and enforce inventory control SOPs and standard work instructions.Monitor inventory KPIs, prepare reports, and communicate inventory performance and risks to leadership.Train, coach, and mentor Inventory Control team members while promoting accountability and continuous improvement.Support physical inventories, internal audits, process improvement projects, and cross-functional initiatives.Communicate inventory findings and updates to leadership in a timely manner.

    Qualifications:

    3+ years of warehouse inventory control experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.Previous leadership or lead experience supervising inventory operations.Advanced knowledge of inventory control principles, cycle counting, and inventory reconciliation.Strong proficiency with ERP systems (Epicor Kinetic preferred).Experience investigating inventory discrepancies using root cause analysis.Strong understanding of warehouse processes, material flow, and inventory transactions.Excellent communication and leadership skills.Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.Proficient in Microsoft Excel and inventory reporting tools.nt.Basic math and computer skills (Excel, scanning devices, reporting tools).

    About the Role:

    This position is responsible for designing custom switchboards and switchgear, creating bills of materials, developing drawings, seeking alternative components, helping production and other engineering related activities. Utilize ‘design for manufacturing’ principles to reduce system complexity and build time. Designing modular components to reduce manufacturing cost and decrease custom fabrication lead times. Your work will be exciting and varied working on projects which require knowledge of applications, electrical/electronics, mechanical, manufacturing, quality, and safety.     Key Responsibilities:

    Analyze project proposals and use power distribution and product knowledge to develop solutions.Design mechanical parts for switchboards and switchgear manufacturability by using CAD software.Design 3D models of switchboards.Generate bills of material and modification of standard assemblies to suit the project requirements.Interact with electrical/mechanical engineering group and production team to design solutions for production.Interpret customer bid package drawings, electrical one-line diagrams, plan layouts and specifications.Performs other job-related duties as assigned.Support Maverick’s manufacturing, testing, quality, and field service teams to ensure proper implementation of designs.Performs other job-related duties as necessary or assigned.

    About the Role:

    The Engineering Project Planner is responsible for coordinating engineering workload, priorities, and project execution timing across assigned projects. This role works closely with Engineering Managers, Project Managers, Designers, and cross-functional teams to ensure the right engineering resources are aligned to the right work at the right time.

    About the Role:

    As a Mechanical Design Engineer with Maverick Power, you will work with engineering and manufacturing teams to design and produce low- and medium-voltage power distribution and control systems for customers across a wide range of industries. This role supports the development of switchgear, switchboards, panelboards, and control panels by creating mechanical designs, 3D models, drawings, and bills of materials while ensuring compliance with applicable industry standards.

    About the Role:

    About the Role:

    The Electrical Engineer designs and integrates medium-voltage power distribution systems for modular solutions serving mission-critical data centers and industrial markets (oil & gas, renewables/BESS, mining, and utility).

    Develop power system architectures (one-lines, three-lines as required) for MV (5kV–35kV class) and LV modular systems.Size and specify major equipment in accordance with applicable standards, including: UL 1558, UL 891, UL 857, UL 67 IEEE C37 series (e.g., C37.20.2, C37.20.7)Select equipment interrupting ratings and short-circuit withstand ratings consistent with calculated available fault current.Define grounding and bonding strategies in accordance with NEC and IEEE 80 / IEEE 3007, including skid/baseframe bonding and site grounding interfaces.Specify and integrate transfer switch systems (UL 1008) and UPS systems (UL 1778), including maintenance bypass schemes and redundancy topologies (N, N+1, 2N).Coordinate battery and energy storage integration (UL 1973, UL 9540), including DC distribution, disconnecting means, monitoring, and safety interfaces.Define protection philosophies and relay schemes consistent with IEEE C37 standards; coordinate settings development and review.Develop control and interlock philosophies (EPO, permissives, trip schemes, alarms) in coordination with controls and protection engineers.Develop schematics for auxiliary AC/DC power, lighting, receptacles, panelboards, and control panels (UL 508A where applicable).Coordinate electrical interfaces with HVAC and fire protection systems (NFPA 72, NFPA 855 as applicable).Support UL/NRTL listing efforts and major customer compliance programs.Produce and/or review electrical drawing packages (one-lines, schematics, wiring diagrams, interconnects, cable schedules).Develop and maintain bills of materials (BOMs) for designed products, ensuring alignment with drawings, specifications, and manufacturing requirements.Collaborate with procurement, project management, and production teams to support material readiness, project execution, and manufacturing success.Support FAI/FAT, commissioning, and field troubleshooting.Performs other job-related duties as necessary or assigned.
