Job Summary
The Quality Technician position is responsible for performing all duties necessary to inspect and verify materials and products meet the applicable requirements and to record all results and notify appropriate personnel of any discrepancies. This can include performing measurement system analysis, dimensional studies, auditing, root cause and corrective actions, first article inspections, receiving inspection or becoming a designated supplier quality representative.
Fulltime 1st Shift - OT as required.
Responsibilities:
Be able to read and follow written instructions.Proficient in the use of handheld measurement equipment such as Calipers, Micrometers, Indicators, etc.Be able to read simple engineering drawings and interpret specifications.Responsible for timely completion of assigned jobsComply with safety and OSHA regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.Ethical ConductCommunication ProficiencyResults Driven self-starter.Ability to work within a team and support the site.Previous experience working in a manufacturing inspection environment is preferred. Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Quality Technician Lead to join our team. This role will report to the Quality Supervisor and is responsible for performing in-process and final inspections using a wide variety of inspection gauges and techniques. The Quality Technician Lead will provide a first layer of oversight, assist with training, and resolve technical issues. A strong understanding of engineering drawings and inspection techniques is essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform in-process and final inspections using a variety of inspection gauges and techniques to ensure product quality and compliance with specifications.
Provide first-level oversight to the quality inspection team, ensuring adherence to quality standards and procedures.
Assist in training new and existing team members on inspection techniques, quality standards, and the use of inspection equipment.
Resolve technical issues related to inspection processes and equipment, providing guidance and support to the team.
Interpret and understand engineering drawings, specifications, and other technical documents to perform accurate inspections.
Document and report inspection results, non-conformances, and other quality-related data.
Collaborate with the Quality Supervisor and other departments to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance inspection processes and overall product quality.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical or quality-related certifications are a plus.
Previous experience in a quality inspection role, preferably in a manufacturing or aerospace environment.
Strong understanding of engineering drawings and inspection techniques.
Proficiency in using a variety of inspection gauges and equipment.

Responsibilities:
Ability to work in a fast paced ever changing group of businesses within the Aerospace Industry while maintaining a professional disposition and team mentality.Set-up and operation of CNC mills, CNC lathes, and all manual tool room equipment to produce fixtures, gages or other work holding along with customer parts.Experienced in holding tight tolerances and working on their own from prints, process sheets, and travelers to follow or determine the right processing for the company need while ensuring safety and maximum efficiency.Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings and GD&T specifications.Verify dimensions of finished parts to ensure they conform to specifications using dial indicators, gauge blocks, calipers, micrometers, CMM's, Optical Comparators, and other quality gages.Work with engineers and operators on various shop improvement projects.Help manage and improve the company’s Tooling and Fixturing Database working with Engineering / Operational resources.Utilize hand and machine tools for assemblies and to repair and modify gauges, and jigs etc.Work collaboratively with other departments to assist in both product design and design for manufacturing.Diagnose and troubleshoot problems and perform repairs on tools and fixtures.File and finish workpieces using the appropriate hand tools to ensure products are smooth and that they fit together properly.Requirements:
Experience with SolidWorks and CAM packages is preferred.Experience with Tooling and Fixturing is a necessary skill set.Fluent in reading customer drawings, specifications and sketches containing multiple views and sections.Must have the ability to accurately measure and perform all quality inspections throughout the process.Ability to use calipers, micrometers, surface table height gauges, dial indicators, gauge blocks and gauge pins.Manual and CNC background requiredExperience working in an AS9100 environment a plus.Pay commensurate with experience.Benefits:

Job Summary
We are seeking CNC Operators / Machinists to join our team in Blue Ash, Ohio. This is a full-time position for both the first and second Shifts. The role involves operating CNC mills, lathes, and/or grinders to manufacture parts that meet customer specifications and production standards.
Duties and Responsibilities
Set up machines using general shop tools (e.g., wrenches, screwdrivers) and precision measuring tools (e.g., micrometers, indicators) following detailed setup procedures.
Operate machines to manufacture parts using fixtures, shuttles, clamps, and associated tooling to locate parts for machining.
Complete required documentation (e.g., travelers, deviation tickets) with inspection information for parts run as required.
Perform in-process and first-piece inspections using standard precision measuring equipment to ensure parts meet specifications outlined on operation sheets or blueprints.
Maintain an accurate daily log of parts processed, significant dimensions, machining parameters, and general information pertaining to the operation performed.
De-burr parts using hand tools, air grinders, and manual machine operation.
Perform preventive and routine maintenance to maintain machine performance.
Perform daily housekeeping tasks to provide a safe, clean, and orderly workplace.
Perform related duties as assigned by management.
Education and Experience Requirements
High school diploma, GED, or vocational school graduate with coursework in mechanical drawing, shop mathematics, and machining practices.
One to two years of prior machining experience.
Experience with precision measuring equipment and reading plots and/or blueprints.
Attention to detail is required to prevent damage to parts and machine tools.
Ability to obtain a forklift operator’s license and operate a forklift safely when applicable.
Physical Requirements
Regularly required to stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms.
Frequently required to stoop, climb, reach at or above shoulder level, and push or pull wheeled items weighing up to 100 pounds.
Occasionally required to squat, kneel, and lift up to 60 pounds independently or up to 100 pounds with assistance.
Repetitive actions include simple grasping, firm grasping, and fine manipulation.
Vision requirements include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to focus.
