What Youll Do
As a Residential & Commercial Roofer at Maumee River Roofing, youll work as part of a skilled team installing and repairing roofing systems on a variety of job sites.
Responsibilities Include:
Tear-off, installation, and repair of residential and commercial roofing systemsResidential: asphalt shingles, accessories, flashingCommercial: TPO, EPDM, PVC, metal, and related systemsProper installation of underlayment, flashing, vents, and edge metalSafe use of hand and power toolsMaintain clean, organized, and professional job sitesFollow instructions from crew leaders, foremen, and supervisorsWork efficiently to meet production schedules while maintaining quality standardsWhat Were Looking For

The goal of the Site Supervisor is to ensure that the roof replacement is done effectively without causing harm to the customer or their property. They oversee and inspect the installation process during the replacement, as well as the post-job cleanup. They work alongside subcontractors to ensure proper safety precautions are taken both on the jobsite and during supply deliveries.
Roles and Responsibilities
Prioritize 1-2 jobs per day to ensure Company satisfaction during the installation process and monitor overall customer feedbackCollaborate with production management team to ensure the crews have a well-documented schedule and understand each job up to one week before the start dateManage a daily schedule to ensure that jobs are completed by the deadlineTake inventory of materials on-site and in the warehouseMonitor and educate on supply needs and functionalityComplete and load a materials list daily for each jobs specificsEducate and communicate job needs and status with operations, crews, and customersEnsure the on-site team fully understands job expectations for the dayTreat the site with the same care and attention as if it were your own home or propertyCommunicate clearly with homeowners, ensuring they understand our process.Answer incoming questions from the crew and customers about the products and installationComplete final walkthrough with homeownersEducation & Experience
1-2 years of experience in project management and/or site supervisory1-2 years experience in general construction1- 2 year of experience in a supervisory or leadership role1-2 years experience with CRM software, such as AccuLynx or inventory managementQualifications
