    Are you someone who lights up a room the moment you walk in — and doesn't stop until the work is done? We're looking for a bilingual Receptionist and Sales Assistant to be the heartbeat of our front desk at Matos Personal Injury Lawyers.


    This isn't just a phones-and-paperwork role. You'll be the first voice that clients hear when they call after one of the worst days of their lives — and the first face they see when they walk through our door. You'll also work alongside our Sales Director to help injured people take the first step toward getting the help they deserve. If you have hustle, a warm personality, and a genuine desire to grow, we want to meet you.

    Compensation:

    $39,520 - $52,000 yearly


    Responsibilities:Be the consistent, welcoming presence at our front desk — available to answer calls from both new and existing clients throughout the dayGreet walk-in clients and visitors with warmth, professionalism, and a "how can I help you?" attitudeAnswer and route calls and written communication received through the firm's main lineForward messages from overflow answering services accurately and promptlyAssist our Sales Director with client intakes and sales conversations, and provide backup support as neededProcess incoming mail, faxes, and documents dropped off by clientsAssist the team with outgoing mail and correspondenceMaintain the front desk, conference rooms, and kitchen in a clean and presentable condition, and keep supplies stockedKeep hard-copy files in the storage room organized and accessibleSupport the marketing team with tasks that can be completed from the front desk

    Do you thrive when you own your work from start to finish? We're looking for a Bilingual Paralegal - Property Damage to take complete ownership of the property damage department at Matos Personal Injury Lawyers.


    You'll manage property damage auto vehicle claims from opening to resolution, advocate for clients with insurance companies, and work closely with our attorneys to get the best result for clients.


    We're looking for someone who can take the ball and run with it within that structure — someone who doesn't need hand-holding on the day-to-day, but who also understands the importance of following attorney direction and working within established processes.


    The ideal candidate comes from an insurance company or personal injury law firm and is ready to plant a flag in the PI legal space. No two cases are the same, and we're looking for someone who finds that energizing rather than overwhelming.


    This is an in-office position located in Lakewood, Colorado. The position requires you to be able to commute to the office on a regular basis.

    Compensation:

    Responsibilities:Manage auto vehicle property damage claims from start to finish, under attorney guidanceAssist clients in getting their vehicles evaluated by insurance companiesObtain total loss offers from insurance adjusters and keep clients informed throughout — negotiating as needed and with attorney approvalObtain vehicle evaluations and repair estimatesHelp clients secure rental vehicles during the claims processPursue reimbursement for damaged personal property inside the vehicleFile and follow up on GAP claims through resolutionCollaborate closely with attorneys on offer approvals, case strategy, and directionPerform all duties in accordance with paralegal standards — no unauthorized practice of law
    Qualifications:Bilingual required: Must be fluent in both English and Spanish — written and spokenBackground in insurance, auto claims, or personal injury law strongly preferredAble to work independently and take ownership of your caseload — while also following attorney direction and established firm processesHighly organized with the ability to manage a high volume of active files — our current caseload runs 20–50, with growth targets that could reach 100+Comfortable with high-volume phone work and persistent follow-up — this role requires it dailyThick-skinned and professional when dealing with insurance adjustersSolution-oriented mindset — you don't wait for a playbook when a new problem shows upDetail-oriented with strong follow-through from first contact to final resolutionA genuine desire to help people and get them the best outcome possible

    $100,000 - $200,000 yearly


    Responsibilities:Manage personal injury cases from inception through resolution, ensuring timing and strategic handling of all aspects of the case.Negotiate suitable agreements and settle on the client’s behalf when appropriate.Conduct thorough case research, review medical records, and gather relevant information to build compelling cases.Draft and modify legal documents, including pleading and demand letters.Collaborate with legal staff to ensure cases are handled effectively and efficiently.Maintain organized and updated documentation for each case in the firm’s case management system.
    Qualifications:3+ years of experience in the world of personal injury.You must be licensed to practice law in Colorado and in good standing with the State Bar.Litigation experience is a plus, but not required.A bachelor’s degree and a J.D. degree are required.
