Record all activities in the inventory management system, updating stock levels as needed. Provide shipping updates and tracking information to site management as needed. RECEIVING RESPONSIBILITIES: Receives incoming cylinders. Verifies the quality and count of all cylinders unloaded from trucks. Inspect and report all damage, discrepancies, or quality issues with received cylinders. Store cylinders in the designated storage areas. Record all received cylinders in the inventory management system, updating stock levels as needed. Assist in maintaining a clean and organized receiving area. Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently. Adhere to safety regulations, best practices and quality standards in all receiving activities. LEADERSHIP RESPONSIBILITIES: Demonstrates exemplary leadership by consistently embodying a positive attitude, setting a standard for the team to follow.
