    Role
    Franchise Growth & Enablement is seeking a Manager to execute and coordinate delivery of Specialty Merchant program enhancements. The responsibilities of this role will predominantly be:
    • Lead the implementation of global specialty merchant program enhancements ensuring alignment with business objectives and delivering measurable impact across markets
    • Serve as the program go-to-market lead in coordination with regional Franchise teams and cross-functional stakeholders
    • Own program operations, including the design and implementation of procedures aligned with the enhancement roadmap
    • Establish and optimize operational frameworks and processes to support program scalability and efficiency, ensuring adherence to the enhancement plan and continuous improvement of program delivery.
    • Lead the evolution of the program through a multi-year strategic roadmap
    • Leverage market insights, stakeholder feedback, and performance data to inform future enhancements and innovation.

    Role:

    • Support and provide consultative guidance to regional product teams bringing solutions to market and de-prioritizing underperforming solutions in market. Facilitate key stakeholder collaboration for North America regional go-to-market, distribution and sales strategies. Provide guidance to global and regional product teams on sunsetting/de-prioritizing solutions in the North America region during market test and post-commercialization.
    • Liaise between Foundry product portfolio teams, regional product teams, and customer account teams to determine market value and customer interest of new products and solutions including providing consultative support on regional product narratives, aligning key stakeholders to surface pain points and customer feedback and providing market insights for solutions advancing through the Foundry product council.
    • Manage and support customer feedback loop process and forum to surface customer and key stakeholder feedback to regional and global product teams and communicate outcome to customers. Define customer feedback loop framework with key stakeholders and create, manage and deliver reporting to provide insights into feedback received, reviewed, actioned and closed out.
    • Manage product feedback loops and channels to continuously improve North America market (US and Canada) Studio product management lifecycle process and align globally and across regions
    • Provide consultative operational support to various internal product, business development, partnership and channel teams about best practices, standards for onboarding process and operational readiness for partnerships in region and define framework to provide visibility across all business channels. Collaborate with global Studio leads regarding partnership guidance and advancement requirements.
    • Create monthly, quarterly, bi-annual, annual and YOY presentations, newsletters and reports about regional product pipeline, partnerships, customer feedback loop, product readiness status, outcomes and success metrics.
    • Track and maintain repository of regional product pipeline, partnership, on boarding, reports, presentations and documentation for reporting, reference, and audit purposes.
    • Manage, maintain and continuously identify operational efficiency opportunities to reduce redundancy and improve regional Studio ambassador execution of duties leveraging AI and automation tools.
    • Develop, manage and maintain templates, tools, and materials to enable stakeholders to go through the Studio process efficiently and effectively.
    • Maintain Studio Ambassador SOP, Confluence, SharePoint, Microsoft Lists and Teams Channels.
    • Undertake adhoc initiatives and projects to continuously improve the process and/or adoption of the same in the region
    • Educate internal stakeholders on the value, assets, and tools to adhere to Studio product lifecycle management process and methodology including delivering webinar sessions, creating video tutorials, etc.
    • Conduct one-on-one or group training, lunch-and-learn and knowledge sessions to create regional cross-functional awareness about the Studio framework for product owners and cross-functional stakeholders in the region.
    • Represent North America Market in global initiatives, projects, meetings and share regional perspective, nuance, context, lessons and ensure tools, processes and policies are relevant accordingly.

    Overview
    The Mastercard Checkout Solutions team is looking for an Associate Product Specialist, Product Management, Digital Commerce to bring new products from concept to launch and commercialization.     The Associate Product Specialist, Product Management, Digital Commerce will be focused on creating an entirely new way for consumers to more directly engage with payment credentials wherever they are stored and used for payment across interfaces. This individual will drive components of Mastercard's Checkout Services product suite from concept to market launch and scale across global markets.     Overview
    The Decision Management Platform (DMP) enables intelligent, decision-based products through real-time and near real-time streaming analytics, providing the ability to govern decisions and manage outcomes with agility at global scale. This platform powers Cyber Intelligence and Fraud Prevention capabilities across the organization.

    The new Decision as a Service team within DMP is developing a lightweight solution that encapsulates the platform's most powerful features to provide Business Logic Implementation as a Service for internal and market-facing applications. This service will enable expansion into new payment networks, improve speed-to-market, and strengthen our market leadership.

    We are seeking a Senior Product Manager - Technical to own an agile scrum team's product backlog, translate strategic priorities into executable work, define clear acceptance criteria, and ensure ongoing delivery of customer value. The ideal candidate is a strong, proactive product owner who is passionate about customer experience, highly motivated, intellectually curious, analytical, and entrepreneurial.

    Role
    • Lead from the front: Set clear product direction, communicate outcomes (MBR), and rally teams around the roadmap using OKRs.
    • Promote visibility: Demonstrate product capabilities to broader audiences to drive awareness, adoption, and socialization (HHL / MBR / QTR).
    • Measure impact: Monitor performance post-launch using dashboards, traffic metrics, and KPIs to assess product health and inform enhancements.
    • Deliver predictably: Keep the roadmap and sprint progress on track through disciplined prioritization and execution.
    • Drive alignment: Ensure cross-team dependencies are resolved quickly and key decisions are data-driven.
    • Translate business requirements into product features and well-defined user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
    • Maintain, refine, and prioritize the product backlog to ensure transparency and alignment with strategic objectives.
    • Ensure engineering teams have clarity and support to iterate effectively and deliver high-quality functionality.
    • Prepare for launches and monitor adoption, operational performance, and overall platform health post-release.
    • Own and maintain product documentation to support knowledge-sharing and smooth onboarding for technical teams.
    • Coach and reinforce Agile/Scrum principles within and across teams to promote collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
    • Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role in a technical environment.
    • Strong proficiency in writing and grooming user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and managing platform-level product backlogs.
    • Expert in system analysis and design, with the ability to understand upstream and downstream services to effectively plan and manage dependencies.
    • Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management, effectively aligning diverse teams and communicating priorities and outcomes.
    • Experience with product and task tracking tools such as JIRA or Rally; familiarity with Aha! is a plus.
    • Ability to think critically, manage ambiguity, resolve conflicts, and make informed trade-off decisions.
    • Demonstrated emotional intelligence with a track record of supporting teams in delivering high-value outcomes.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to quickly understand and discuss technical work.

    The Role
