    • Responsible for helping to manage Data Platforms and Engineering Services (DPES) products through new and existing product features
    • Responsible for collecting user feedback from internal customers and fellow DPES PMTs to drive roadmaps

    • Makes use of research, user studies, metrics and competitive analysis to understand the platform and business needs for a platform product and inform the backlog
    • May participate with the business in customer research to inform platform product feature needs
    • Coordinates with interdependent teams on platform product requirements

    • Continuously monitors feature development at the feature level adjusting throughout implementation as needed

    Responsibilities

    Role
    Accelerating the launch of Digital First Solutions is a key strategic priority for Mastercard. This will be accomplished by delivering an integrated consumer value proposition supported by go-to-market tools to support our regional teams and leveraging partnerships to drive scale and distribution of Digital First solutions.

    In addition, the individual will play a critical role in future proofing our Digital First strategy and approach including enhancements to the value proposition, with a particular focus on Digital Products, driving scale across customer segments, and supporting our customers in enabling a better consumer experience. The individual will need to apply strategic and analytical rigor to refine thinking and enable deeper insights for the business to support with driving scale and execution of strategic initiatives. The individual will need to support in deploying new products to market including go-to-market activities and driving the product development roadmap.

    Candidate should be intellectually curious, energetic, and able to operate with urgency. In addition, the role requires an individual who can demonstrate discipline in prioritizing efforts, and the ability to be comfortable managing through ambiguity. Candidate needs to have strong communication skills with an ability to garner buy-in from Executive Management, and experience in driving execution and alignment with Regional teams.

    You will have relevant experience in the payment industry, product management, product development, with experience in the consumer and digital payments space and taking new products to market. You have a strong interest in digital payment solutions and initiatives and may have had recent involvement. You will have strong interpersonal and collaborative skills to develop relationships and partnerships with a broad range of individuals across the organization.
