    The Agile Transformation Coach is responsible for leading and championing agility across the organization. In this role, you will assist teams across our businesses in adopting the FBIN Agile mindset, principles, and best practices.     Key Responsibilities

    Lead Agile Transformation Engagements - Achieve stakeholder-defined outcomes by implementing FBIN Agile practices throughout the organization to enhance business unit agility and delivery efficiency.Advise Leadership & Stakeholders - Collaborate with product owners, senior management, and executives to define and evolve the Agile transformation roadmap and governance model. This model focuses on business value, driving outcomes, and a faster time to market.Coach & Mentor Teams and Coaches - Guide cross‑functional teams, Scrum Masters, and other Agile Transformation Coaches in agile principles, ceremonies, and consistently encourage continuous improvement. Conduct Agile maturity assessments and present status and improvement opportunities to leadership.Focus on Team Health - Monitor the team's health, ensuring commitments, pace, and quality are on track. Help the team understand how to inspect and adapt as needed.

    Required Qualifications & Experience

    Agile Coaching Experience - Minimum 5–8 years in Agile roles, with at least 3 years leading or managing Agile Coaches/Scrum Masters at an enterprise scale. Demonstrated experience in implementing, coaching, and teaching Agile, including support of Mission/OKR development, prioritization, metrics, and leadership behaviors.Deep Expertise in Agile Frameworks - Hands‑on mastery of Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or other scaled Agile frameworks, with demonstrated ability to tailor practices to context and need.Leadership & Influencing Skills - Proven aptitude for influencing at all organizational levels, from team members to C‑suite, and driving change without direct authority.Communication & Facilitation - Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to facilitate workshops, training sessions, and leadership briefings.     Are you interested in being a part of a fast growing, agile category management team that brings new smart, connected products to market? The Connected Security team has new openings for a Product Manager based at our Global headquarters in Deerfield, Il.

    The Senior Product Manager will be instrumental in leading and executing Product management of one or more product lines within our Connected Products Group, part of the Security Business unit which supports the market leading brands of Master Lock and Yale. The Senior Product Manager creates product roadmaps and defines the strategic vision for their team driven by the overall Security business vision. They have a deep understanding of the target market/industry/user and build close relationships with key stakeholders to ensure that the team’s effort is aligned with overall strategy. This role manages dependencies with other team’s functions while identifying, building and managing strategic partnership across the different teams. They work closely with the engineering and development teams to ensure business value is maximized by leveraging user feedback. Product Managers will be accountable for specific business OKRs based on Security product line needs.

    POSITION LOCATION:

    This position is eligible for a hybrid schedule with work performed in Deerfield, Illinois (onsite Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays).

    RESPONSIBLIITIES:

    We are seeking a highly strategic, technically fluent, and collaborative leader to drive FBIN’s Technology Alliances, Standards Engagement, and IoT Platform Partnerships across our Security, Water, and Outdoors businesses.     We are seeking an experienced and visionary Vice President of Hardware Engineering to lead our global hardware development teams focused on creating innovative connected products across our premier brands: Yale, August, Master Lock, and Moen. This includes smart locks, smart safes, smart water shutoffs, and smart showers. Reporting directly to the Chief Technology Officer (CTO), this strategic leadership position will drive the development of cutting-edge IoT hardware solutions for both consumer (B2C) and business (B2B) markets that deliver exceptional user experiences while maintaining the highest standards of security, reliability, and performance.

    We are hiring a Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead and execute the go-to-market strategies for connected products under the Yale and Master Lock security brands, part of Fortune Brands Innovations (FBIN). The ideal candidate will have a mix of product marketing experience with direct-to-consumer and business-to-business products, as this role will manage launches for both audiences. This role will report to the Director of Security Brand Communications & Product Marketing and be a part of FBIN’s security brand marketing team.

    The position is hybrid 3 days a week in office - located at : 500 3rd St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA

    Responsibilities:

    Launch Multi-Family Home, Pro, and Consumer connected products for the Yale and Master Lock brands by developing impactful, integrated product launch strategies as well as product messaging and content.Drive go-to-market planning and serve as the project lead for key product launches.Communicate and manage multiple project timetables, meeting deadlines, and considering budget parameters.Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to drive go-to-market activities, including product management, brand development and PR, digital, and creative teams, as well as agency partners.Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the connected product portfolio, target markets, customer personas, competitive landscape, value proposition, and key features to develop product marketing strategies.Facilitate creative content development with internal and external creative teams and agencies. This includes product photography, CGI, videos, email communications, literature, digital content, presentations, and others as requested.Execute packaging artwork to support product launch requirements, working with internal and external creative agency partners.Support the Security and Connected Products business’s brand and product marketing teams through cross-functional collaboration and best practice sharing, building strong marketing acumen through leadership and mentoring of other team members.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.Minimum of 7 years of business experience in Product Marketing, preferably with a mix of direct-to-consumer, retail, and business-to-business products.Required experience managing project teams and developing strategic product marketing plans.Preferred experience working with advertising and creative agencies, PR professionals, and other external resources to deliver creative materials.Omnichannel marketing experience; experience with consumer /durable goods industry in a home improvement or mass channel preferred.Experience in marketing connected/smart products is strongly preferred.Demonstrated ability to think long-term and strategically while balancing team resources and the tactical execution of individual projects.Must be comfortable developing and delivering presentations for all levels of executive management and customer leadership teams.Adaptability and flexibility to meet changing priorities and deadlines.

    Additional Information:

    Fortune Brands believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is Hiring Pay Range: $104,000 USD - $146,000 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based sales incentive plan.
