Role Overview: As part of this role, you will work closely with our sales and marketing teams, along with concrete producers and contractors, providing expert technical guidance to facilitate the implementation of advanced high-performance concrete technologies. Develop and implement pull-through strategies for securing concrete-related specifications and projects. Provide technical support, structural analysis, and design for innovative high-performance concrete technologies. Collaborate with marketing, sales, and R industry leadership and support the adoption of new product specifications. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering; EIT's and PE licensed professionals are preferred Experience in the construction industry, with a strong emphasis on concrete design and technologies. Experience in cross-functional collaboration, showing the ability to work effectively with teams. Willingness and ability to travel as required, less than 20%. Required Skills: Commitment to continuous learning and professional development. Familiarity with the latest industry trends, standards, and regulations related to concrete and construction. Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of articulating complex technical information to diverse audiences. Strong business acumen with the ability to identify and pursue growth opportunities. Advanced computer skills across diverse applications. Strong ability to build and maintain positive relationships.
