    PURPOSE

     

    To develop incremental business through prospecting, presenting, following up, following through, negotiating closing, and monitoring a book of business. Contributes to the efficient Masis operations by performing their duties accurately and in a timely manner.

    ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

     

    Meet or exceed productivity and sales goals established by the executive team.Focus on the growth of market share and profit of the company.Maintains working knowledge or competitive pricing strategies in the market.Track progress of leads in Masis CRM softwareDevelop & implement strategies, initiatives to generate new clients & expand the business with current clients.Develop a marketing plan that supports strategic initiatives.Makes cold calls to generate potential prospects.Networks with business professionals, & circle of influence to generate prospects & leads.Meet and/or exceed performance goals for cold calls, client appointments, new accounts, and gross margin.Work directly with Branch Manager to ensure top quality staffing services are provided to all clients.               Gather requirements from prospects and clients with high level of detail and communicate all information to Branch Manager.Generate competitive proposals for prospective clients.Maintain open communication and commitment with existing clients.Understand business objectives and the work environment of clients.Produce Sales Reports on personal activity as requested by Area Manager or executive team.Adherence to company policy in all matters,Performs other related duties as required and assigned.

     

    QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

     

    Bachelor's Degree preferred.1-2 years of experience in sales and/or staffing, or a combination of education and experience preferred.Successful track record in business development required.Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, MS Excel, Word, and MS PowerPoint).Proficiency in multiple computer software applications is necessary.

Oversee workers’ compensation claims, budgeting, and client loss ratios to optimize cost control, ensure compliance, and minimize financial risks. This contributes to the efficient Masis operations by performing their duties accurately and promptly.


    ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Work with the Risk Management Team to complete Workers’ Compensation claims, client loss control surveys, and training for clients and staff.
    • Oversee, monitor, and investigate all Workers’ Compensation claims reported from multiple locations/states.
    • Manage & coordinate the claims process to ensure cost control, appropriate loss payment, staffing, performance measurement & continuous improvement.
    • Investigate, evaluate, and negotiate lower complexity claims in compliance with established company technical and customer service Best Practices.
    • Review claim files regularly for quality.
    • Coach and counsel employees on compliance in a responsive and timely manner.
    • Implement effective ways (internal/external) to monitor and evaluate the client’s risk management concerns, issues, satisfaction, and anticipate customer needs.
    • Lead meetings in collaboration with the Regional Risk Manager, VP of Risk Management, and other team members to communicate goals and direct reports and reinforce/monitor the Risk Management Strategy.
    • Maintain knowledge of current industry developments and best practices.
    • Participate in committees and projects that will support the organization’s goals and objectives.
    • Communicate regularly with ownership, branch staff, territory managers, injured employees, doctors, attorneys, claim adjusters, account managers, brokers, and other insurance personnel.
    • Work with insurance carriers on mitigating losses using investigators, nurse managers, and other tools available.
    Human Resources Department
    • Attend quarterly claim reviews to ensure all claims are moving towards a resolution.
    • Report all claims to insurance carriers.
    • Provide direction through training, coaching, and development of all levels of staff.
    • Meet or exceed safety standard goals established by the Risk Department.
    • Performs other duties as requested.


    QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
    • Bachelor’s Degree or 5 years in Risk Management and claims preferred.
    • Thorough knowledge of all fields of insurance laws of the PRIMARY STATE.
    • Though knowledge of the Workers’ Compensation statutes and other Federal and State laws related to personal injury, property damage, vehicle accidents, and other risks.
    • 5 – 10 years of experience with management practices and administrative processes.
    • Ability to analyze, classify, and rate risks, exposures, and loss expectancies preferred.
    • Ability to plan, assign, and direct the work of subordinate employees engaged in various aspects of claims handling.
    • Ability to establish and maintain effective collaborative working relationships with management and coworkers.

    Coordinate/manage the requisition of temporary employment.

    Ensure all temporary associates work, arrive at work on time and properly document their times.
    Expedite orders with Masis Staffing Solutions team members to reduce cycle time to fill orders.
    Coordinate temporary associate recognition programs to boost morale and increase retention.
    Conduct temporary associate orientation on an as needed basis. Conduct required performance check as appropriate.

    PURPOSE

    ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    This individual is responsible for planning and executing a consistently high volume of recruiting activities.

    Supports special initiatives assigned by Area Service Manager and Service Manager.

    Assists the Service Manager in daily operations of the Branch, payroll management, and training of new associates.

    Mentors Service Coordinators to provide excellent service to applicants, temporary associates, and clients.

    Manages new candidate generation and job order generation through Masis Staffing Solution CRM Software.

    Keep updated records of termination of employment on CRM software and cooperate with unemployment investigations.

    Keeps strict attention to detail to all candidate related processes including screening, interviewing, training, onboarding, and termination.

    Maintain a high fill ratio required for successful performance of the branch.

    Develop creative recruiting strategies to bring valuable candidates to the pool.

    Communicate efficiently with Branch Manager and Business Development Manager on the status of job orders and all other client or candidate relevant matters.

    Maintain strict level of confidentiality and adherence to company policy while interacting with candidates and clients.

    Create recruiting and interviewing plans for each open position, including collaboration with hiring managers on prescreening questions.


    Creates a talent pipeline by building relationships with qualified candidates in prioritized skill sets; develops a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.

    Actively network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups and Employees.

    Commit to meeting or exciding performance goals set up by the executive team and safety standard goals established by the Risk Department.

    Ensure timecards have the necessary fields and approval to meet industry best practices.

    Troubleshoot case by case data entry issues and delays and design corrective actions to improve the overall process.

    Send collected payroll data to the payroll department by specified deadline.

    Perform other duties as requested.
