    WHAT IS THE JOB?

    As the Master Tailor for our Charlotte shop, you will be responsible for hiring, managing and executing the overall strategy of our tailor shop. Using your experience, technical knowledge and ability to lead and manage you'll provide a world-class experience to our team and our customers. You'll have an understanding of the equipment & the processes of making our garments along with a strong familiarity with the necessary materials, manpower and the management to run a successful tailor shop. This job requires you to be a resident of the Charlotte, NC area to be considered for the position.

    WHAT ARE THE RESPONSIBILITIES?

    Manage the team and operational functions of the tailor shopHire, train and lead a team of world-class tailorsComplete alterations as neededOversee customer fitting and measurement for all alterations and made-to-measureProvide continuous ongoing training and feedback to all of the shop staffManage the workflow of all garments to meet expectation for turnaround timeAssist in the resolution of customer issuesPartner with the leadership team of the shop to ensure compliance with all alteration policies

    The Director of Ann Mashburn Design will serve as one of the Company's leads in Design and Product Development for our Ann Mashburn Products. This person will also be the primary owner of the planning and execution of all Design and Product Development for Ann Mashburn products. This position reports to the EVP of Design & Product. This position is ideal for a highly multi-functional, "roll up your sleeves," entrepreneurial creative professional who has demonstrated excellent thought, people, and process leadership.

    WHAT ARE THE RESPONSIBILITIES?

    Collaborate with EVP of Design in the development and execution of product designs to achieve overall product strategy and merchandise objectives for Ann Mashburn BrandResponsible for creating designs, big ideas, sketches, and prototypes.Responsible for upholding design integrity, high-quality execution, and timeliness throughout the entire development process from concept through engineering and commercialization.Manage the design process from market research, concept boards, colors, fabric selection, designing to final fittings Accountable for calendar adherence throughout the entire development processGive feedback to design team members in developing seasonal mood boards, color palettes, and themes that represent the seasonal storytelling.Work closely with Technical Design partner to ensure fit consistency and raise quality Manage and mentor a team of Associate Designers, foster creative development, collaboration, and performance.     As Associate Designer on the Sid Mashburn Design Team, you will support the team in all aspects of the Design and Product Development process. This role is onsite in Atlanta, GA.

    WHAT ARE THE RESPONSIBILITIES?

This position serves as a key leader within the organization, with high visibility to the Leadership and Executive Teams. The Controller will own and scale the accounting and finance function, drive operational excellence, and provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making. This is a hands-on leadership role in a lean environment, requiring both execution and strategic thinking.

    WHAT ARE THE RESPONSIBILITIES?

    Accounting & Financial Reporting

    Own end-to-end accounting operations, including general ledger, monthly close, and GAAP and Management financial reporting.Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness (targeting 3-5 business days to close).Maintain and enhance accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.Ensure accurate and complete financial data to support consolidated reporting.

    The Assistant, Allocation Analyst drives operational excellence through the strategic execution of initial and replenishment inventory allocations across both retail stores and e-commerce channels.     WHAT IS THE JOB?

    As a Sales Assistant in our Sid Mashburn DC shop, you will be responsible for assisting specific sales associates in their selling roles by organizing current appointments, planning and scheduling their business day, assisting during appointments and reaching to prospective customers for future appointments.

    WHAT ARE THE RESPONSIBILITIES?

    Partner with assigned sales associate(s) daily to plan and communicate with existing and new clients.Coordinate all alterations for sales associate's clients including input, try-on, pickup and internal organization/documentation of those alterations for maximized customer service. Field all communication for the assigned sales associate(s) including phone, text, email and CRM while disseminating and organizing that communication to sales associate(s).Act as a liaison among assigned sales associate(s), store manager, store team and corporate partners.Proactively book new selling appointments for assigned sales associate(s). Communicate with sales associate(s) clients about upcoming special events and securing appointments in relation to those events. Follow up with clients to ensure their Mashburn experience was eventful while organizing follow up appointments as needed. Coordinate private fittings.Coordinate all outbound customer shipments while communicating with the sales associate(s) and client about expected dates of arrival, tracking number and other pertinent informationMaintain MTM orders for the clients of the assigned sales associate(s). Continuously organize client information in relationship to their current and future MTM orders. Maintain and update client list for sales associate(s).
