MAS Law Firm is a Texas-based law firm with over 25 years of experience, a strong track record of success, and a history of award-winning service. We are currently expanding and seeking a dedicated Litigation Paralegal to join our Personal Injury Department at our Atlanta branch.
Key Responsibilities
· Collect, examine, and organize evidence and other legal documents for attorney review and case preparation.
· Draft and proofread correspondence and legal documents;
· Communicate with clients and witnesses to schedule meetings, interviews, and depositions.
· Manage, organize, and maintain documents in paper or electronic filing systems;
· Provide general administrative assistance, such as maintaining the attorney's calendar and making travel arrangements; and
· Coordinate appointments and meetings.
Essential Knowledge & Skills
3+ years of Litigation in personal injury cases is a must.
· Detail-oriented and highly organized.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills and professional demeanor.
· Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
· Ability to work independently, manage large workloads, and keep deadlines.
· Prior law firm experience is preferred.
· Bilingual is preferred.
· Knowledge of Neos software is preferred.
