    Marvin Composites is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor at our Fargo, ND location. The Maintenance Supervisor plays a key role in guiding the Maintenance Department across all shifts.     Highlights of your role:

    • Oversee maintenance operations across all shifts, ensuring timely response to equipment needs and project deadlines.
    • Monitor departmental performance and implement improvements to support safety, quality, and efficiency.
    • Supervise and mentor team, building bench strength and supporting professional development.
    • Manage staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation to meet production support needs.
    • Manage and coordinate external vendors and contractors, ensuring all work meets safety and compliance requirements
    • Lead departmental initiatives including 5S, safety programs, and continuous improvement efforts.

    You're a good fit if you have (or if you can):

    • Associate degree in a technical field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
    • 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
    • Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems; ability to read schematics and technical drawings.
    • Proficiency with EAM systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel).
    • Experience managing vendors and contractors.
