    Marvin Composites in Fargo, ND is hiring a Production Shift Supervisor for our second shift team. Join our extrusion team as a Production Shift Supervisor where you'll lead a team on the floor, keep operations running smoothly, and ensure safety, quality, and productivity stay on track.

    This is a growing part of our business, and you'll play a key role in shaping its success while helping your team develop through coaching and training. We're looking for someone who works well with others, stays adaptable, and approaches challenges with a positive and problem-solving mindset.     Schedule:

    Monday - Friday:

    2nd shift: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM Highlights of your role:

    • Lead and coach associates daily to build skills, encourage growth, and support self-sufficiency
    • Create a safe work environment by modeling safe behaviors and holding associates accountable
    • Ensure quality standards, accurate reporting, and efficient use of labor to meet production goals
    • Lead communication on company updates and current shift performance metrics with associates
    • Analyze issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions for continuous improvement
    • Develop and maintain a positive team culture that aligns with Marvin Composites' mission and values

    You're a good fit if you have (or if you can):

    • Three or more years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting and a two-year degree or higher (both preferred)
    • Strong communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal, to effectively lead and support your team
    • Analytical ability to identify root causes and implement effective solutions
    • Proven leadership skills with a hands-on approach and accountability for results
    • Flexibility to adapt to changing processes while maintaining team morale and focus
