Job Title: Senior SAP PP Functional Consultant Location: Franklin, TN - Onsite Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP PP (Production Planning) Functional Consultant. The consultant will lead SAP PP solution design, configuration, testing, and implementation within the S/4HANA landscape. The ideal candidate will have deep functional expertise in SAP PP, strong integration knowledge, and proven experience working in manufacturing environments. Key Responsibilities: • Lead end-to-end implementation and support of the SAP PP module. • Analyze business requirements and design optimized SAP PP solutions. • Configure master data such as material master, BOM, routing, and work centers. • Implement and support production planning processes - discrete, process, and repetitive manufacturing. • Handle MRP, demand management, capacity planning, and shop floor execution. • Integrate PP with other modules like MM, SD, QM, PM, and FI/CO. • Prepare functional specifications for enhancements, reports, and interfaces. • Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and support UAT cycles. • Participate in data migration, cutover, and go-live activities. • Provide user training, documentation, and post-go-live support. • Collaborate with cross-functional and technical teams to deliver high-quality SAP solutions. Required Skills & Experience: • 10+ years of SAP PP experience, including 2-3 full lifecycle implementations. • Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Production Planning (MRP Live, Advanced Planning). • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and shop floor operations. • Experience integrating PP with MM, SD, QM, and PM modules. • Proficiency in preparing functional specs, working with ABAP teams, and resolving issues. • Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills. • Ability to manage stakeholders and work independently in a client-facing environment
