    Are you the person in the room who can turn a good conversation into a signed client? Martino Law Group is looking for a driven, personable Sales Closer to own our consultations from handoff from your setter, first hello to signed engagement. This is a front-line, quota-carrying role for a natural closer who loves the chase, follows a proven process, and takes real pride in helping people say yes to the legal help they need. You’ll run consultations, manage your own pipeline, and hit a personal revenue target — and because you set the standard, you’ll also mentor our intake and sales team by sharing

    Location: Massachusetts — In-Office. What makes a great closing conversation. If you’re competitive, consultative, and energized by results, we want to meet you.

    Compensation:

    $55,000 - $65,000 plus bonus OTE is $80,000-$120,00


    Responsibilities:

    Sales Closer responsibilities

    Own client consultations from initial conversation through signed engagement, carrying a personal revenue target

    Manage and advance your pipeline daily — follow up promptly, nurture prospects, and move them toward a decision

    Follow and refine the firm’s sales process, scripts, and playbooks to consistently improve your conversion rate

    Track your pipeline, conversion rates, and revenue accurately in the firm’s CRM

    Mentor intake and sales team members informally by sharing closing techniques and best practices (no formal management responsibility)

    Partner with marketing and operations to improve lead quality, messaging, offers, and the overall client experience

    Help build a consistent, scalable sales function that supports the firm’s growth


    Qualifications:

    Sales Closer qualifications

    3–7 years of sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding personal targets

    Strong closing and consultative selling skills, with disciplined follow-through on your pipeline

    Experience in professional services, legal, or other consultative sales preferred

    Proficient with CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar

    Confident communicator who can model best practices and informally coach peers

    Organized, accountable, and results-driven, with the ability to juggle priorities in a fast-paced, in-office environment

    Responsibilities:

    What you'll do

    Manage discovery from start to finish: drafting, propounding, tracking, and organizing responsesPrepare and file court documents, and keep every filing deadline on the calendarDraft and assemble Rule 401 financial statements (CJD 301/301S) and supporting exhibitsServe as a steady point of contact for clients, keeping them informed and preparedKeep matters moving — anticipating next steps before the attorney has to ask

    What we're looking for

    Hands-on family law experience in the Massachusetts Probate & Family CourtCommand of court procedure, filing requirements, and financial statementsSharp attention to detail and genuine ownership of deadlinesClear, professional communication with clients, courts, and opposing counselThe judgment to run a caseload independently
    Qualifications:

    What You'll Bring

    5–8 years of hands-on family law paralegal experience in a Massachusetts firm

    Demonstrated proficiency with Clio Manage (required), you can set up matters, run reports, and keep a docket clean without supervision

    Demonstrated experience e-filing in MA Probate & Family Court (required)

    Working command of the MA Domestic Relations Procedure, Supplemental Probate & Family Court Rules, and the Child Support Guidelines

    Strong drafting skills: You can produce a clean motion or discovery response without a template handed to you

    Knowledge and comfort working with AI (Claude, Cowork, ChatGPT, Notebook LM, and Gemini)

    Excellent written and verbal communication; warm and professional with clients under stress

    Highly organized, calendar-driven, and comfortable juggling 40+ active matters

    Microsoft Word, Outlook, OneDrive/SharePoint, and Adobe Acrobat fluency

    Notary commission a plus (or willingness to obtain)

    Paralegal certificate or equivalent experience

The ideal candidate is seasoned, confident, strategic, and thrives in the courtroom. Our firm is expanding rapidly, and we are seeking "A" players.


    Must have family law experience and be ready to represent the client from day I in court.

    Compensation:

    $85,000 - $157,500+ yearly


    Responsibilities:Organize and maintain client files to ensure they are kept currentAssist clients effectively by understanding their needs analyzing the situation then strategizing and deciding on a proper course of actionDraft pleadings, motions, contracts, marital settlement agreements, judgements, and orders for a high volume of casesAttend court proceedings as needed to represent clientsDivide marital assets, including real estate, when necessary during divorce proceedingsManage a full docket of divorce, custody, support, and modification cases, both contested and uncontested.Conduct depositions, motions, pretrial conferences, and trials in Middlesex, Suffolk, and Essex Counties.Draft and negotiate prenuptial and postnuptial agreements. Participate in and conduct mediation sessions.Billable Target - Minimum 1,560 hours.Collaborate within the firm’s pod structure to ensure excellent client communication and results.As part of your POD, you will lead a Paralegal and a Client Success Coordinator.Engage in firm-wide marketing and community outreach (blogs, local events, professional visibility).Contribute to the continued growth and leadership of the Family Law division.Mentor paralegals and junior attorneys.Additional Compensation for Portables and originated business across practice Areas.
    Qualifications:Prior work or studies in criminal justice preferredBachelor’s degree with a legal background and J.D. degree are requiredCandidates should be great negotiators and communicators, specifically in situations when emotions and stress are highMember in good standing and actively involved with the ABA (American Bar Association)Proven record of success in advocating for plaintiffs and defendants Licensed to practice in Massachusetts (New Hampshire license a plus).3+ years of family law experience with a preference for 5+ years.Demonstrated trial and courtroom proficiency, including depositions, pretrial conferences, and trials.Experience with Guardian ad Litem coordination, DCF involvement, and high-net-worth divorces/business valuations.Skilled in drafting and negotiating prenuptial agreements.Familiar with or willing to learn Clio, Lawmatics, DecisionVault, ClickUp, and Westlaw/Clio Draft, ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Calm, strategic, and conciliatory approach to conflict resolution.Leadership and mentoring capability; able to motivate and inspire others.
