    KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    The hiring range for this position is $30 -$40 exclusive of benefits or bonuses (discretionary and non-discretionary). The offered base compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, business need, market conditions, proficiencies, skills, education, and experience. The hiring range for this role represents the base compensation we expect to pay for the position at time of hire and does not represent the total possible base pay of the position.

    Position Summary 

    Operate electric power-driven dragline with dragline bucket to excavate or move sand, gravel, mud, or other materials. The Dragline Operator will manage the dragline excavator and assist in maintenance and service of the machine. This will include daily inspection and documentation of the dragline operation and working conditions. He may also be asked to safely operate other plant heavy equipment to facilitate the set-up and operation of the dragline.
