Part-Time Flooring Sales Representative
Location: Loma Linda, CA
Part-Time | Weekends may be required
$17-18/hour Base Pay + Commission
We’re a family-owned, woman-led flooring company with 15+ years of trusted service in Southern California looking for a motivated and personable Flooring Sales Representative to join our growing team! An ideal candidate will be experienced with Retail Sales and Customer Service preferably within the flooring/home improvement industry.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist walk-in customers in the showroomProvide expert advice on carpet, laminate, vinyl, and hardwood flooring optionsGenerate quotes, conduct field measures and close salesFollow up with leads and referralsCoordinate with installers and manage job timelinesKeep showroom clean and organizedAdditional office related tasks as neededRequirements:
Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a strong plus3+ years of sales or customer service experience requiredFlooring or home improvement industry experience preferredMust be friendly, proactive, and confident communicatorBasic math and computer skills (QFloors software experience is preferred)Must be reliable, organized, detailed and team-oriented
